Went with my family for lunch on 6/25/22. I entered l the date because I want it known of the employees that worked that day. At first, everything was fine. We ordered and received our food. However, I noticed I was missing a banana as my side order. I went to the front to inform someone that I was missing my banana. Noone was up at the register. I had a lady behind me who just came in to order who was also waiting. Now, there was a girl making a smoothie, a young man walking back and forth with containers I guess from the kitchen, and a young man making the food in the front. I waited for almost 10 minutes with no one at the register and not one of the employees at the front to ask me if I needed help or to hold on while they go get someone to help me, NOTHING! I stepped away because my phone rang and it was at my table. I talked on the phone for about 5 minutes, and then proceeded to walk to the front again. Once again, no one was in the front and a new customer was standing behind me this time waiting. Finally after about 4 minutes, I asked the girl making the smoothie, because at this point she was the ONLY person in the front, if she can get someone for me. She finally did and I asked a young man for the banana. When he finally came back from getting the banana, literally 4 young men came from the back to finally come to the front and to the register. I made a comment that this entire time all of them was back there but no one was in the front to help. It looked like all the employees were high school students or young individuals and no manager present. Just needed to make it know that that's not how an establishment should be ran. The franchise owner probably doesn't realize that that type of behavior is happening in their store. Need to get it together!! It was a turn off for me. And the Santa Fe quesadilla wasn't all that. But the smoothie was good!
Stopped by on our way through Macon to grab a quick lunch and we should have taken the time to read the reviews on this place before stopping there. Our food was cold. The customer service was very poor. The young lady taking our order was not friendly and wouldn’t speak up. My wife ordered the pesto chicken flatbread, the cash register worker says, “side?”…Like we were bothering her to do her job. We were confused because there was maybe 3 bags of chips in what looked like the chip basket area, so my wife said “do I grab chips from here?” (pointing to the baskets) and she said “yes” as if we were idiots…yet a valid question considering there was only a few bags of chips and clearly they hadn’t restocked or cared to. Once we get our food, the guy brings it out to us and goes “pesto?” And we said yes, he gives us our food, and I said we ordered two cups of water as well. He goes to get our water cups, and chunks them at us instead of placing them on the table. I reached out to grab them as he almost dropped them. He drops the straws on the floor, looks at them, and then just walks away. We start eating our “pestos” and they’re cold, but were supposed to be hot flatbreads. I’m really not someone to leave a review but the experience was so poor. I’m hoping to encourage change for this location and also encourage the staff to audit if they really want to work in customer service given how they were treating people.
One of my fav places.. but last few visits have been horrible. I don’t know his name but the heavy-set white guy in the morning is VERY RUDE! A couple of weeks ago I came in and he was cursing on the phone and screaming, he began to make my sandwich and he was slamming my food down on the counter, reached into the trash can then went back to prepping my food . I immediately said something and he didn’t even apologize he just stormed off. That was very disgusting and rude!
They made my banana mama smoothie so good and the teens were so sweet! Excellent customer service and my smoothie was on point!!
I fell in love the Hummas Veggie wrap and bowl a couple years ago. But the last couple times that I’ve order it I have not been pleased. Today I ordered the Hummas Veggie wrap. It took 20-25 minutes to get my wrap. When I went home to eat it I was soooooo disappointed. It has chicken in it.
This location is going downhill fast. I'm a regular customer, but will have to go to the Warner Robins location from now on. Visited this past Friday, and my order was made incorrectly. Staff seemed like they could have cared less, and I waited a lengthy time for another one. Because I typically have a good experience here, I gave them another try today. Staff again was not professional. Smoothie tasted so sweet that I had to just trash it.
Im a Regular but I will take my Business to The Smoothie King in The future. Cashier accidentally did Not secure lids to my cups; I reached for them on the counter from bottom. Cups were sloppy.Interior of car was splashed with smoothie. I retained my receipt. Wish to have refund. No one has responded at All.
Long wait. Food and smoothies were not made properly. We paid extra for one smoothie to have cranberry. When the drink came out yellow, I politely informed them it was supposed to have cranberry. She said it did, we just couldn't see it. Not only was there no cranberry, but the amount of large chunks of pineapple were clearly visible. I had a chicken wrap that was not wrapped tightly. As soon as I opened the paper wrapping, the contents of the wrap spilled everywhere. I love Tropical Smoothie, but will not be back to this one.
They don’t treat their employees properly at all
Loved It. Multiple flavors and made with fruit, juices, ice, and water, a diary free delight. If you are weight conscious or simply ingredient conscious, the ingredients and calories are posted. The staff is very efficient and there was very little wait time. FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
