People do not I repeat do not eat at this location. I went in tonight and placed a order on the kiosk in lobby. When I got my food it was messed up. When I went back in the Manager had a attitude. As she was remaking my food was slamming stuff down and got mad. The worst part about it is not like they were busy...it was the Manager and one employee. As she was focusing on her phone I did not matter. Please stay away from this location. Mind you it was a Friday night at 6:00 .no cars whatsoever...that should tell you something...stay away from this place that don't care about anything and managers are a joke

This ABSOLUTELY the WORST Location of this Franchise. The Staff is Rude. I didn't get what I ordered. They charged me for Food I didn't order, and didn't even give what I did order. The "Manager" came to "help" all the NASTY Lady did is take the Food back and put it in 2 separate bags. GOOD thing for them, I had Grandkids in the car. J/S

I visited this location about two weeks ago. It was so bad I decided to write a review. I was in the drive-thru for a $2 burrito and a freeze. I was handed my freeze, and handed the women my card. The internet went down which wasn't her fault, but the way she handled the situation was. I waited patiently, and after my transaction wouldn't go through I asked her if I came into the store to pay would that help. I go inside only to be pointed to the kiosks, and I tell her that they aren't working properly. About 10 minutes go by, and she rudely comes up to me and finally rings me up on a register. I went inside to pay to do the right thing, and then get treated nasty by an employee. Overall it took about 45 minutes to get one burrito. While I waiting to get help at the register, I watched her throw my bag of food behind the dusty drive-thru register, and that is the same bag she handed me after FINALLY checking me out. Never going back to this location.

No one would take my order had to use the kiosk not a problem but stood waiting for my to go order for 30 minutes since I couldn't use the drive thru being in a box truck. Food was good but service was slow

My mission at 11 a.m. this morning -- go get a Mexican Pizza. For some reason, decided to go to Bass Rd. Mistake! Was gonna dine-in, so I went in to order. One girl at drive thru, 2 preparing orders. Girl at drive thru made eye contact, I said good morning. Waited at counter, no one came to take my oder, went to kiosk, it was updating, service not available. Went back to counter, drive thru girl looked at me, I said kiosk wasn't working, she said there was another one. I went to it, it didnt respond to touch. I left without my Mexican Pizza -- pretty bad when they won't interact with/take orders from customers face-to-face at counter. BTW, got my Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell on Tom Hill, order was taken at the counter and it was great!

We went last night around 9pm (May 8, 2022). The lady at the drive-thru was so polite. And this may be silly to comment on, but my husband and I both said that was the best mountain dew we've had at any taco bell .

On 3/5/22, the doors were locked at 7:30pm, even though app said I could pick up inside. A young child unlocked the door and I told her I got a pickup she yelled that to the staff?, someone pulled up and saw that I couldn't open the door and left.There were no cups out or any other people except another child then an adult male came in another entrance, I guess they were waiting on someone to get off work. Normally you can eat inside, I ask them and they are fine with it, I didn't ask tonight, since why would I if I can't even get a drink refill. All the tea was put up too. Dine in says until 10pm. My food was good, my box was sealed it was the correct order, though they forgot my drink, I asked for it before I left the counter. No other issues. I will be back.

This place is TRASH. Had a mobile order. I placed my order at 7:40 something p.m last night. Once I got to the the window, the girl asked me to "please hold". Minutes pass, then she asked me to back up, then come forward again. (They were resetting the timer for the drive thru clock). Then was told to pull around, only to find SEVEN other cars in front of me waiting as well. So I sat, and sat, and sat. The employees didn't even know who the orders belonged to.. Customers who pulled after me got their food before me. So I decided to go in, and one of the employees had their children behind the counter as if they work there. Employees on their phones, cursing, talking loud in the establishment. Very unorganized, and very dissatisfied. I didn't receive my food til an hr later. Mind you, I stay less than 3 minutes from taco bell. Never again. Everyone should be held accountable.

Please stop asking me if that completes my order after every thing i say. When im done ill let you know. And then dont get frustrated when i try to complete my order at the window since i keep getting interrupted. Thanks

Everytime I go to this location they are always prompt and awesome!
