I’ve ordered through DoorDash a few times now. Never had a problem until today. I ordered a large soda with a mini burrito. When my order got to me, my soda tasted like soda water. I called to inform them of the issue, I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever came back to the phone. Eventually I hung up. I’m very disappointed with this service.
First ate at this place in Texas when my older sister and brother in law lived there! They make your food fresh in front of you as you walk past a long counter full of ingredients, after that you pay and get your drinks from the soda fountain and they bring all your food to your table. It's been delicious every time and I'm so happy every time we go there to eat!
Exceptional service with food that matches or excels the service. We moved from locations that had Surcheros but whenever we are near one of the locations we do not miss coming back and enjoy the outstanding food and service. Only wish they had one where we now live. If you are looking for the best text mess food available then you must stop at Surcheros.
Enjoyed tacos with personal selections from ample choices. Would have preferred meat prepared in sauce, but restaurant provides a lot of bottled flavors. Nice offering of chips and salsa comes with each entree. Nice spot to eat just for something a little different from routine.
Always great food & service! Taste is fresh and well seasoned. Chicken burrito bowl was generous portion and Pico was delicious! Will be going back here regularly.
Got dinner at Sucheros last night and it was awesome! I ordered the nachos and they were huge! Tons of fresh toppings to chose from, and they put some much queso on top ??. The building itself was very clean and the employees were very nice. Great spot for dinner or lunch! Close to the highway if you are headed to or from Atlanta
Extremely fresh food, if you go I highly recommended getting the s’mores quesadilla but have them make it after your food is done so it doesn’t get cold.
I’m not one to leave horrible reviews but beware of the “steak” here - My friend got food poisoning from it. We should’ve known to turn away from this place when the kitchen looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months, trash covered the floor, booth tables displayed old food and dirty napkins and had sticky cushions, no paper towels in the bathroom, all around just a disgusting experience.
Our downtown office catered in Surcheros this week. I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. I got a beef burrito with rice. I don't eat beef. They made me the correct one and brought it to me along with a note in my box "Sorry. We hope you enjoy." THAT is customer service.
