How do you run out of bread at 6:30? Someone had to notice and just didn't care enough to start getting any ready. Totally unacceptableUpdate:They have definitely improved since my last review. I avoided going to that location for a couple of months but then finally broke down due to the convenience of the location. While they were extremely slow at least they had bread and weren't closing early anymore. I can definitely forgive the slowness as it was obvious they were in the process of training new employees. For now I will move them back to a 3 star and will hopefully soon be able to go even higher once the training is done.
Bring back seafood and crab and honey oat bread and put some sauce on that dry meatball sandwich for the price we have to pay.
They have the freshest and the best subs‼️ Customer service was awesome as well. This is the one on Harrison road next to the interstate, not the one inside Walmart. You're welcome ?

Sandwich artist prepared my sandwich exactly as I ordered AND it was ready when I arrived! I've had far less enjoyable experiences at nearby Subways.
Twice now I have been to this location when they are supposed to be open but they are closed. 1st time was employees sitting outside smoking and talking not wanting to open doors - 2nd time was no notice on door besides being closed when supposed to be open. If short of staff close down the location and send the staff elsewhere, not good for business just being closed randomly on and off. Had I placed an online order then I would have been screwed out of my money yeah?
I ordered two foot long melt and the lady messed up my order as I told her what I wanted; absolutely wrong and insufficient.
System goes down and apparently all they can do is cash… who carries cash anymore? So we end up waiting 30 mins for nothin
