Everyone seems mad at every guest and doesn’t want to help or be nice
Friendly service. The Outlaw steak sandwich with sweet onion dressing and toasted is great.
Ordered a chicken salad and added avocado. Got no avacado. Not to mention when the driver arrived with my order I had no beverages or chips for both meals. She went back and got them only to return with one chop and two beverages. Mildly disappointed
So, I came in during the last hour of business and there is a bit of a line. Customer ahead of me is just being the absolute worst to the guy working, but he takes it all in stride and gets every order out correctly and keeps his cool. Sandwich was great, service was fast. Give that man a raise.
We ordered a foot long cold cut and a foot long italian BMT. With the Italian BMT, the meat was just bologna and nothing else. When people order food from these restaurants, either the staff is too lazy or they just don't care about how they fix your food. A person can have a food allergy and want their food prepared a certain way, not the way the preparer want to fix it. This type of nonchalant attitude goes on in many restaurants in the Macon area and it need to stop or else they are preparing for a major lawsuit if someone get sick from this carelessness. The nerve!
Horrible service. Ordered online. The app stated the order was completed 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Get there and they haven’t made it. Waited in the restaurant 45 minutes for my order to be made. Ridiculous.
The lady, when I walked in, acted mad that she had a customer. This was at 12 today. The coldcut had flat bread, like the bun was smashed.....drenched with honey mustard with hardly no lettuce. Lady was not friendly. Hopefully this location can work on this.

Try another location. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here. I guess it’s safe to say the couple of times I’ve came they haven’t had “bad days”. They’re either not open when they say they are supposed to be Even though the open sign is lit up and someone is inside or they close early or only have one choice of bread.
