The employees were really nice even though it was packed from lunch hour

They made my sub the way I liked and didn't make it messy.

Accepted an order for an item they didn’t have and instead of communicating they just let the order hang out. Had to spend 45 mins to get it cancelled.

I had a very bad experience with Subway. They left a knife in my sandwhich and when I returned to address it the employee was nasty. She snatched my paid for sandwich out of my hand and threw it in the trash. Didn't open the sandwich to check my complaint, then told me she wasn't going to replace or refund my money. I have it all on video. I'm going to call my lawyer

Walked in and the lady was sitting at the table. She did not speak. She got up and did not wash her hands. She put gloves on and proceeded to make my sub. While slicing the bread, it looked like she cut herself. She looked at her hand. I asked if she cut herself and she said not really. She showed me her hand and there was a hole in the glove. She then went back to fixing my sub. I told her to forget it and left.

Bad customer service too oily too much mustard didn't enjoy the sandwich

“Sandwich artist “ was rude . Walked into the restaurant no one was up here after waiting about 5 minutes I walked to the back where she was in the bathroom singing and I asked was anyone here to take my order .. she came up front didn’t greet me at all and proceeded to ask me what bread ?.. I paused and thought we’ll ok girl ... but she wasn’t pleased to be at work at all

They didn't have white bread ?.
