I don't come often to this location as it is out of the way for me but I was in the area this day. The lines can be long but they move quickly. Always pleasant and efficient. I love they are almost always fully stocked with everything. This place is typically busy but I've not been disappointed. Thank you.
Spent time with the family the other night in Macon, Georgia and we stopped in for a coffee and just talk about old times. Great service and good times.
Literally the nicest Starbucks I have ever been too. They were swamped, but the lady at the register was so so kind and they were cranking out drinks so fast! Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a Starbucks! Alesia (sp?) You are so awesome!! Thanks again! :)
I have been ordering stars coffee for about two months twice a day. For the past week my coffee has been horrible. Too much cream no Splenda etc. they remake it but what’s the point of ordering on line when when I get there it suppose to be done. The last straw was today I ordered heavy cream 8 Splenda . And half the cup was heavy cream so I guess I am drinking milk instead of getting a coffee. Once fixed the coffee was bitter and tasted old. I am sick of it.
Sometimes the drive thru is backed up into the road. Also the to go orders tend to take priority over walk in customers. To go orders getting cold while you wait.
Great staff! Come just to chill and surf the web while drinking some delicious coffee!
The customer service was Great, Just not sure if I ordered the right thing, Instead of waking me up with the expresso I got really sleepy and my first cup of Coffee was warm instead of Hot
This Starbucks needs to do better about posting when they change their hours. It’s now my 3rd time this month where I come through, but they closed early.This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the Macon area, but I don’t appreciate their lack of consideration, communication, or professionalism.
Starbucks one great cup of coffee it's coffee. But for some particular reason you get no consistency from location to location to location. You might go to 1 location and get an absolute wonderful cup wonderful cup of coffee, and then go to another location and get a very disappointing cup of coffee. And it also is the same Same location purchase.. I don't know what the deal is these days but from Carolina to Georgia the consistency is very much different.. The quality It's very much different. But when you get a great cup of coffee at Starbucks it is absolute me a great Cup of coffee.
It's a shame how bad this Starbucks is. I can blend my frappuccino better with a straw than they do with their blender. Added 2 extra shots to my Expresso Frappe and it still doesn't taste like coffee.
