I’m tired of buying $5 drinks that don’t taste like there suppose to taste. Macon Starbucks have historically been trash but Forsyth rd can’t make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew to save their lives. Every time I go it’s wrong and the minute you step foot out of Macon they’d made correctly this is a training and talent issue. Whoever is in charge of training is absolute trash and the leaderships is not ensuring these folks know how to make their flagship drinks.
Customer service at this store is awful. I’m a pretty easy customer. Order the same thing every time via a mobile order so that it’s ready when I walk in. The baristas at this store will completely avoid eye contact with you so that you don’t ask them for anything. Today I asked her to put more milk in my drink, as I paid almost $7 for a coffee and there’s 1.5 inches of space at the top. She got an attitude with me, told me that space had to be there to shake it. Well every other store fills it to the top, but that’s not the point. The point is I don’t talk to you with an attitude, and I expect the same respect. The drinks are usually good, just not what I’m used to from other locations.
It's a typical Starbucks, so friendly staff, speedy service (usually), and delicious drinks. The only failing was in the drive through speaker being down and the way this Starbucks is constructed making it impossible to leave from the line after a certain point, but before we were made aware of the broken speaker. Not the employee's fault. Just bad design. Blocked in for 20 minutes in a slow moving line sucked.
It's a Starbucks... I've not been to a truly horrible one, but if anything, as of this date of service, this location tends to be flip floppy on whether they open the inside ordering/seating or only allow drive thru. We were only able to do drive through on our visit, last week, we walked in to order... Seems like a toss up if there's enough people on staff or something... Take with a grain of salt.
They are often not stocked with necessary items that are on the menu, i.e. caramel or cookie mix, whipped cream etc.
Worst experience ever! I ordered a tall non fat white mocha and a bacon egg gouda sandwich. I only discovered when I got to work I would have the right drink, but I didn't. Also my sandwich was cold. You would think when you pay $10 it would be right. Won't go back to that location.
I have been going to this location for years 2-5 times a week. I ordered a venti French vanilla latte hot and was given A grande and when I advised nicely that I ordered a venti I was literally just told well this is what we heard and this is what you got….took my payment and looked at Me like you can go now.
Only 2 Starbucks available in town and this one is great. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend.
Pulled up to get coffee and really needed to go in and use the wifi to attend by laptop a virtual funeral for my wifes Aunt. We couldn't be there live because of medical issues and appointments so this was set up for ourselves and others.Starbucks will sale you coffee but the attitude there that day was horrid.We, and along with friends and family members all over the country will never drink anything from Starbucks again .
Even though the line was wrapped around the building we still received personable and excellent service. This is one of the best Starbucks in the middle Georgia area.
