Our waitress was great. BUT we almost walked out due to the high musky odor. That place needs a MAJOR cleaning and sanitation before we go back. Not a good experience.
It's been years since I've been to Red Lobster. Not because of the restaurant, just not one near by really. This one was very good. Food was great. Service was on point. Restaurant overall appeal and appearance was as expected. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the bar. They were slow and somewhat inattentive. I stood there for several minutes with at lease 2 people behind bar before being asked anything. Then they asked another customer, whom arrived after me, if they needed anything before me. I was disappointed in the bar service. Didn't feel important as a customer should. Everything else was fine.
This is our normal stop on the way back home from Orlando, FL. As usual the food and service were exemplary. We enjoyed the staff, the Cheddar Bay biscuits and the food.
The food was prepared perfectly (Aunt had the Salmon new Orleans and it looked AMAZING!) Our sever, Seleya, was PHENOMENAL! we were well over 20 people and she handled our many needs wonderfully!!
First time in a while eating at a Red Lobster very good good service and the biscuits were phenomenal.Went back to this red lobster location they had some feisty lobsters that apparently just came in they were just as good as when I was posted to the east coast and used to buy lobster off the boat surprisingly fresh awesome service great dinner
Went with a big party. 20+ people. I haven't been here in over 10 years. Waitresses struggled with orders. I had the lobster topped stuffed flounder & Brussel sprouts. It was good. I would order again
Ordered curb side. Waited 20 minutes. No one came. Called inside. Waited another 5 minutes before going in. Was offered a discount card. Waited 5 mins for it. Was told that they could only offer me a free pre packaged dessert. I declined. Got back out to the car only to discover that my lemonade was tasteless and watery and the extra salad dressing I requested was missing as well. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Waited for a table for about 20 minutes. When we were seated, the dinning room was empty. After being seated, no one came for another 20 minutes to get our drink and food order. Finally ordered our food and when it came, it was good, but won't go back.
We reserved a private dining area to host a surprise birthday party for our 86 year old Auntie. The area was ready for us to decorate and we were greeted by management and our waitress Soleya. She presented us with superb customer service for the entire three (3) hours we were there. She took our orders with no errors, served hot biscuits, appetizers and had all entrees out timely and hot!! Each entree was delicious. GIVE THIS YOUNG LADY A PROMOTION!!Thanks for making our Auntie's birthday celebration one adorned with a FABULOUS Spirit of Excellence!!!
