Because I can’t give a friggin zero!!!!! I placed an order at 6:45pm, online for delivery. At 8:08pm I received an email advising that my order was out for delivery. At 9:17pm I called The store and was advised that my order was sent to doordash for delivery due to lack of drivers, and doordash failed to show up! No one reached out to me to advise. After speaking with a woman about it she placed me on hold for over 25minutes, to tell me at almost 10pm that she can cancel the order and re-ring it. She was unable to provide me with an estimated delivery time. She advised that I was not charged for my order but it is showing charged according to my account. If the location doesn’t have drivers to deliver, delivery should NOT be an option. Also there should be some level of customer service to notify your customer of their order status or lack there of. I have 5 kids to feed (and left to figure it out because your employees couldn’t provide a better level of customer service
Pizza Hit prepared my pizzas on time and everything was delicious. I only wish they had a place to sit down and have it be a real restaurant. I wish also that The Edge pizza were available year round!
The pizza was burnt on top which anyone could clearly see (photo of the pizza posted in photos). It ruined my appetite for pizza. The supervisor was willing to remake the pizza, but I had already gotten home. After watching the movie ‘waiting,’ I don’t like taking remade food after making a complaint. Just check your pizza before leaving the store. Note: I ordered from this pizza hut about once or twice a mont , they have messed up my order about 3 times. Quality control was an issue on this day.
The edge pizza was the worst. Toppings were almost not there. I could count 20 pepperoni on the entire LARGE pizza. For the price I paid I would have expected more toppings, and I requested it to be cut into squares which it was not and the request was noted on the receipt. If I had another chance I would not have ordered dinner for my family from here. The only good thing was the customer service, very friendly staff!!!! Thank you.time someone orders from here
I placed an in-app order, for delivery, & when I got the pizzas, I realized that two of them were made incorrectly. I called the store, & was placed on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes. When I, FINALLY, spoke with someone, "she" said that the pizzas were to be made, as ordered, immediately & would be delivered. Once I received the corrected order, I was to return the others [with the delivery driver]; I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CORRECTED PIZZAS...3 HOURS LATER!!!
Only take out, delivery, no dine in,I remember going to pizza hut they had the pizza bar, draft beer in those red plastic coke cups they had, people putting quarters in the jukebox, Zebulon Rd pizza hut is top of the line, I eat there on a regular basis
Pizza is the best, but twice they’ve had to remake my pizza while I waited because it was hand tossed not thin crust even after I repeated the order. Might need to find an alternative.
We ordered our food online. Said I'd would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there waited an hour and a half later . Manager didn't wanna give us our food back nor our money . Manager was very rude . Everyone while we were there that had already gotten there food was bringing it back cause it was messed up . Customers call the police because manager refused to give refunds . Manager WAS TERRIBLE. The young lady that was working there didn't know what to do because the manager was so irate with the customers .... WILL NEVER BE BACK
I order from here at least once a month. The Thin n' Crispy pizza is the same from my youth and I love it. They have good pastas for a takeout pizza place. They've gotten a lot smaller portion-wise but it is what it is. My store on Zebulon Rd rarely gets it wrong.
They're okay my mother likes you a lot and they don't have to because of the covid you can make your own salad not to understand that but they have two for one sales of sandwiches which is really good you can take one home we can buy one for them with you
