I want say I will be reporting them to corporate honestly because when I tell you I have never ? been so dissatisfied with food and for my kids to complain about they food being dry tuff and nasty then when I call the manager doesn’t have good customer service didn’t even offer to remake only offered me a $15 credit in a order over $30 I feel is not right I will never ever shop with them again and I don’t recommend thbesidesthem and I mean I have ? been more disappointed In my life promise I will give them bad reviews I never try and get over I put phone on speaker and let her her my kids complaining about the food as well saying they not gonna eat this messed up ppl work too hard for they money to basically get it took and not be satisfied this is the Bloomfield location in Macon, Georgia they manager Jennifer is not professional to me at all she only gave one option then gonna say that’s all she can do so I say my basically just hungry and I’m out of my money .
Called in order,young lady who took the order was so polite and patient because i really don't eat pizza,got it for my grandkids and she helped me get the perfect meal for them for $20.00.Thank you for the great customer service!
It's better than Papa John's but doesn't hurt like Dominos.The staff are the biggest difference.
I would never in life order frm them ever. With they racist a$$ Rude a$$ . Papa jones don’t even deliver to me but before they ever get another dime of my hard own money i will go wherever to get a pizza… I emailed corporate n all nobody even called or even reached back out to me for that matter. So yeah they lost a very loyal customer because my kids love pizza .
Let me start by saying that although I had a bad experience with my order, the staff was very friendly and apologetic. I recently placed an online order and was given a ready time of 25-35 minutes. I arrived around the 30 minute mark but my pizza was not ready. I waited another 30 MINUTES only to be told that my pizza showed ready but, "they lost my pizza" and it would be ready in another 15 minutes. I did not believe the 15 minute time frame because there were another 6-7 people waiting on their orders as well so I cancelled my order and was fully refunded.
I did not eat there but my son did, they messed his order up, but they corrected it with no problem and everything was okay and food was very good
They lost my order and then tried to give me something I don't even eat I am very unhappy
My pasta was spilled everywhere, over both pizzas in my dinner box, and made the Breadsticks and pizza soggy as well, took a picture.
The person taking the order was incompetent and didn’t answer any of the questions I asked correctly. When asked to speak with a manager we were given a delivery driver. Also said they wouldn’t deliver to a place less than 3 miles away with a valid address.
I did not recieve my cheese breadsticks with my order. So Making sure customers recieve everything on their order would be a great thing to do.
