I just spent almost $50 on an order I placed for pickup at the Macon, GA location. Once I got home, I realized I couldn’t eat my Gyro Bowl because the rice wasn’t cooked. Seriously. It wasn’t even cooked a little bit. They didn’t even try. Might as well have opened up a raw bag of rice and tried to eat it.Also, my extra side of pita bread that I ordered wasn’t in the bag.Basically, they took my money and ripped me off. I live one mile from the location and I’ll never be back. Nor will anyone I know.
Came by and got their gyro special today and it was delicious! Everyone was super nice and accommodating and the food definitely hit the spot. I got a lamb gyro and grilled veggies and my wife got the falafel and the fries. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!!
Edit: The food was good the first time, but not today. My meal 10 minutes after pickup was ice cold, and ridiculously expensive. I bought a gyro combo that was almost $15 with tax, tipped, ended up spending almost $20, only to get there and find out the drink isn’t included.One gyro and fries, lol.I can and will go to Texas Roadhouse and eat for that much next time.
Ordered 2 gyros Dry and nasty no sauce, no onions and red lettuce, not green old lettuce called the store as soon as I got home and was told to call back Monday to speak to the manager. I’ve called 3x on Monday and 2x on Tuesday still haven’t received a phone call back I will be calling corporate about this experience.
Grilled veggies, lamb and chicken gyro, steak shawarma, falafel starter and falafel salad, cilantro hummus......Everything was OUTSTANDING! Great flavors. Just wish they'd put the sauce on the side for to-go orders!
I walked into the restaurant at 4: 30 p.m. on November 30th of 2021 and there was a woman in there saying there's nobody in there. I came to the register and called out no one there no answer. Then an employee walks in from the outside and doesn't know what's going on clocks in and he goes in the back to look to see if there's anyone and there's no one there. Someone abandoned the shop with a grill hot, the grease hot, french fries out not cooked a whole bag of them. Absolute job abandonment and even left the door unlocked. There's something wrong here. I like it... Is clean, food is what we like... But maybe not for everyone. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you like Mediterranean food then it's the best in terms of pseudo-fast food...
