The food is good but I will consider the cashier a little on the lazy side I have been going here for a few years she never answer the phone to take to go orders I even sat in the building once and called to see why they never answer it was me and one other guy there not busy at all but instead of answering the phone she was on her cell phone 100 percent of the time
It was really good and the wings had a nice size to them.
Customer service was not great when I was trying to order my food she kept getting on her cell phone every time it rang and it was getting annoying for me. Then I order the boneless wings and it wasn't boneless wings at all they use the chicken that's normally with the sweet and sour chicken from a Chinese restaurants I got more fried batter than the meat cover in garlic parmesan.
The Cheesesteak and the fries were both very good will go back again

This is one of me and my family favorite spots. They make our food just the way we ask and it is always delicious
I have been going to Papas for years and I noticed they must be under new management. Always get the lemon pepper wings and a dub with fries. I’ve noticed the quality of the experience has went down. Everything from customer service to the quality of French fries. The fries are barely cooked as if they were in air fryer for a couple minutes. Wings are small and hard. Just wondering what happened to the good quality Papas we used to know
I got miled wing and they where very hott. They where good and i give it a 10 out 10
Food is great… CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS‼️ She’s always on her phone she doesn’t greet you when you enter, then when you’re at the register she won’t even look up at you when she finally acknowledges you ? Do better Papa
