Order wasn't ready. Ordered a large was given a burnt dried out medium pizza. Will never use this location again.
Had a large order for work, called the day before and everything was prefect, the gm even sent someone to another store to get enough wings to fill the order, 200 wings and like 30 pizzas and everything was great..
I wish i would of checked reviews first, ordered pizza never showed up . Store manager said couldnt help gave different numbers no help so i had to call credit card company report it . I see now pap johns is a front for thieves
it's Thursday march 17th and we just got our order @ around 10:40pm and it's just destroyed. the pizzas are crushed to one side of the boxes and the garlic knots are still raw on the inside yet burnt in some places on the outside!? it's been 6 months since we've ordered from this papa john's location and this is worse than the last time we ordered. (which is why we haven't in 6 months)the only saving grace for this is the guy i spoke to said to call back tomorrow (because all his drivers had went home already) and they'd remake it all for free and he'd refund our money tonight back to the debit card used. i'll update after tomorrow...
10 minutes & 11 second on hold and NOBODY answer the phone. I will be calling the papa John's complain department about this issues. It don't make any sense why I have to wait that long and still have not put my order in yet
Papa johns on Tom Hill use to be the best papa johns to order from. Now they are just handing out mediocre pizza items for high prices.
I picked up 8 pizzas for our basketball game. Customer service was great.
Delivery was 30 minutes. I was shocked but pizza and cheesy bread was hot and fresh. Kids and their nana enjoyed it.
