OMG! Don’t do drive up you may be waiting in the parking lot longer than expected (20 mins plus) waiting for them to bring you your food that you won’t get unless you walk in …while your food sits on the rack getting cold?
Ordered my pizza at 6:45, arrived to the store at 7:00, paid for the ticket and waited. Was told it wouldn't be much longer. It was close to 7:25 pm when I started to realize that it shouldn't take this long to get my pizza. Mind you there are NO seats in the store so I stood for about 30 minutes. I asked the cashier what was taking so long, he responded "she placed her order before yours that's why she got her food already". He was referring to the lady that just paid got her food and left. I responded "I never mentioned her so why would you" I didn't understand why he would he bring her up in response to my question. He said because she was the ticket before you and that's why she got her food and he said it takes about 25 minutes for the food to finish. I said but I'm trying to understand why you are bringing her up she had nothing to do with MY question and its been going on 45/50 minutes for my order to come out. I simply ordered a large cheese pizza. A proper response could have been I apologize for your wait, your food will be coming up shortly, we are just a little busy and slightly behind, would you like.... while you wait" or SOMETHING like that but I felt his response we just inappropriate and he had an attitude as if he was the one who was waiting for about 45 minutes for his pizza. Worse thing is, not one team member acknowledged that I've been STANDING in their store for 30 minutes with no update on when my pizza would be finished. Poor customer service. On top of all of that my pizza wasn't all that. It was more tomato sauce than cheese on some slices and I ordered the 3 cheese blend pizza. So not only I had to wait, rudely taken care of but I waited that long for a poor quality pizza!!! My children who LOVE pizza didn't even like it. Very disappointing. I doubt I will ever go again, that experience was off putting and I've been shopping at that location for a long time, guess they lost a loyal customer.
Can't complain... The counter staff is friendly. Picked up my meal on time without any wait aside from the people in front of me paying for their orders. Seems clean enough. PJs isn't exactly my go-to pizza joint but they have a well made thin crust veggie pizza. But their garlic twists are kid famous and disappeared into the tummy's of 4 hungry teenagers... Leaving this daddy wishing he had purchased 3 orders!
I would've loved to give it 5 stars, actually the employee gets 5 stars for running the entire business by herself. This girl should be the owner, I'm sure she could schedule herself some help.
Bought 2 pizzas last night, both pizzas were cold, one of them the ingredients seems like they were added last minute and in every bite the ingredients were falling. Don't know what happened but Pap John's better before. Sorry
I ordered pizza and wings and it never came. I call them they say they sent it out door dash as if that was my fault. They told me to it said it had been delivered . Then said call back in 15 minutes. I call back They said they’d remake it but I had to wait another 45 mins . I told them I’d pick it up and asked for my delivery fee back but they refused . I will never order from them again . They are rude, and don’t put customers first.
Ordered dinner last night around 8:00 pm. The customer service was outstanding. The young lady that took the order listened and made sure what I ordered was delivered!! The driver was very pleasant and polite!!! I didn’t get their names but sure hope you all will let them know! I will surely be ordering again soon.Thank you!
This place is fantastic. I pick up dashes from here quite a bit. There has never been a wait of more than 3 min to get the orders. Which in my case, time is money. Also important, attitudes! These guys have great attitudes and are very friendly. What can I say.. They are on point. Kudos y'all. Highly recommend!
Great staff, great pizza. Never a bad experience
Only one person working but she was friendly and thoughtful. The pizza she made was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will return.
