Me and my son went here a little after 8 because they close the dining room down at 8. But they were nice enough to let us in since this was my son’s first time of him eating there. And the food was awesome. The one on Emory can take notes from this one
I went thru drive Thru today at 1p.Slaw dog was awful..hot dog was chilled?….fries were hot but soggy with grease…. Cashier acted not only bored but angry. NuWays is going down hill…last few visits to this site was a 1 star.Someone should pressure was the back and side of building…nasty!7/20/22. I went to this same Nuway today at 12 noon….slaw dog was cold…..threw it away after a couple of bites. What is going on at this location? The food is the pits!
Great food. Great customer service. Decided to try this randomly and we were not disappointed. Hot dogs had a good, different flavor unlike others.
The staff was super friendly but that was about the only positive. Husband enjoyed his food but I did not. It just wasn't my thing I guess. The chili is very finely ground and looks off putting and does not really have a flavor to it. The slaw has good flavor but is also pulverized so it's almost just liquid. I ordered onion rings but they gave me fries instead. Fries are fine, nothing special. The sweet tea is just sugar water. Wanted to try the place because apparently it's a Macon thing but I won't be returning.
Although all the Nu-Way’s have the same food, this location and 1215 Russell PKWY have the best staff. There are unlimited drink refills when dining in and they don’t shut down the Malt machine early in anticipation of getting off from work asap like the Zebulon Road location. They are very polite when you call or visit as well, unlike the Zebulon location.
Place is full of different kinds of wieners and heart attack food. Chocolate malts are super good though. And the employees seemed very decent
My wife took one bute and it nearly made her gag. She could not eat the food at all. I thought the chilli slaw dogs were fine, but i did get a chunk of very old chilli to crunch on. The pan the chilli was kept in hadnt been washed in a very very long time

Love this place but the last couple of orders were horrible my grilled ham and cheese was sloppy and the city ham was replaced with cheap thin deli ham which was awful fries undercooked and no pickles on sandwich. Please let your customers know if u have changed a product sometimes its the only reason we buy the meal.
On my way to work I decided to stop here and give a try! So glad I did! The breakfast toasted sandwich bacon, egg and cheese was melting right in my mouth! The bacon is thick and savory, for the price $4.14 for a sandwich is reasonable! I will definitely be coming back! Also Deameatrice was super friendly and efficient on taking my order!
