My coworkers and I repeated our order like four times when we got back to work it was still wrong. But the food was good I will go back again because I know we all make mistakes.
I ordered the Ham club double decker and I notice the bread had white spots on it so I took back the tall African American lady said it’s was flour but I have no idea why use flour on toast ???? The bread was about get molded this is how it starts . Please check your food people if you eat here. I’m never going bAcK!!!
I have lived in Macon my whole life I’ve been eating nuway for 20 plus years and what has happened to nu way is very unfortunate. The food used to be outstanding and the customer service on point. But now it’s probably the worst and most expensive fast food in Macon. I hope that it goes back to what it used to be until then I’ll be getting my lunch else where.
I threw my meals away. Was terrible . Sandwiches were thrown together and soggy bread and soggy food on what should have been a BLT. Disgrace as I use to love going there. No more. Less than even 1 star
Service in the drive through was extremely slow, 45 minutes. Should have ordered inside. Food was good though!
Pulled up to the speaker at 7:30pm on a Tuesday and sat there for 5 minutes. Finally decide to drive up to the window to place my order…nobody working…lights turned off.A sign on the speaker would have been nice.
Burgers and Hotdogs
One of the strangest experiences I've had at Nu-Way. So I waited about 15 minutes (only 3 cars in front of me) to place my order. Once I got to the intercom I waited another 5 minutes without hearing from anyone. One of the workers outside told me to just drive up to the window so I did. I probably waited another 5 minutes at the window and NOBODY spoke to me. The worker that told me to move forward alerted the lady with the headset inside but she didn't care. She even opened the window to wipe down the surface and didn't even acknowledge me. I eventually just drove off. In the past I've always received great service so I'm disappointed and don't plan on coming back.
Trash ?️?️?️?️?️?️?️. The hotdogs tasted horrible. Extremely peculiar taste by far the worst they didn't even deserve a 1 star more like zero & below!
I’m from florida and these are the best fast food hot dogs I’ve ever ate. Just to describe the amazing taste of these hot dogs, imagine a really really good ballpark dog. The fries are crunchy all around and the sweet tea is splendid. Customer service was great. Would recommend!
