Smh. I goes thru the drive thru and purchase 2 slaw dogs with just mustard ketchup onions and slaw i get something different. The sweet tea was water why can't yall just do right. The employees. The way they dress is just not suitable for the public. . i tried calling and the phone kept hanging up.I myself spending my hard earn money and i get sorry service
Once upon a time this was really great breakfast, and my favorite is the hot dogs all the way. The past 2 visits have been very disappointing to me. Each time it made me extremely sick my stomach ached for the entire day. One of the days I purchased a full breakfast and the second trip I purchased the hot dogs all the way. The sweet tea is not sweet as usual anymore. I THINK they have changed the entire staff that was usually there in the mornings. Just hope they get it together soon.
LONG drive thru line, waited 30 min to order.Ordered 2 dogs all the way, Diet Coke.Pulled off, took bite of hot dog, cold bun, SALTY. All I could taste was salt.Same with 2nd hot dog. Think salt poured all over my order. Coke, not diet.DO NOT waste your time with this location.
Love this nu-way the people here are always very polite and they seem happy to be at work
Best nuway in my opinion.Friendly staff and food always on point
the Russell location has declined alot with their service. wait time was ridiculously long. the young lady taking our order couldn't remember what we ordered and asked us to repeat it 3 times which would not have been a big deal at all if once we got our food home the entire order wouldn't have been messed up completely.
Love this place nothing like a dog all the way with slaw!.
The food was amazing, hot, fresh, and delicious.
Poor Nu-Way on Russell Parkway, Warner Robins. Quality is going down and prices are going up (as they are everywhere). I used to go there for breakfast and order a side of ham with eggs. The two ham slices were large and thick. But this morning, my to-go container was much smaller than usual. So I opened it right way only to find two small pathetic flimsy shriveled slices of ham on top of the eggs. The ham was so thin I could practically see through it. If you gave it to a dog, they'd ask "Where's the ham?" I paid almost $6 for the ham and two eggs. The ham looked to be worth about 50 cents, if that much. Maybe Nu-Way is having supply chain problems. If so, they should either say they are currently out of ham or charge much less than $3.00. I won’t be wasting my money there again.
