My girlfriend and I went for the trivia, but stayed for the food and the drinks. The burger and fries were excellent, the burger being the best of any bar on the north dide of town. The bartender had an excellent personality. Even if we didn't come in second place, we'd return at a later date.

Always looking for places where locals hang out when we are traveling. What a great choice! Maddie, who was later joined by two other bartenders, was on top of things! All were so very friendly. I had the Goose Burger and kettle chips. Burger was thick and juicy. Cooked to perfection! The kettle chips were warm and none were soggy! Husband had the Hamburger steak with two sides and cleaned his plate! They also had drink specials. Everything that came out of that kitchen looked good and plentiful! We talked with the owner who was there Remodeling will occur soon and the outdoor deck will also be renovated. Our stop for a quick bite and a drink lasted 4 hours! The locals were so friendly. One bought me a drink! And there was entertainment! For sure, the next time we are in Macon, we will stop at CHEERS!

I enjoy the buffalo shrimp salad with blue cheese dressing. Their food is great! Their fried shrimp basket is great! Their hamburger is great. Everything is great!
