Excellent service and amazing food!
We went to Natalia’s for my daughter’s Twentieth birthday. Which for me, was a monumental occasion. The food was Amazing! Our server however was horrible! This was a $200+meal, the service we received was not acceptable! I will go back because the food was really good. Authentic Italian cuisine however I feel the service for this type of restaurant was definitely lacking. We were not accommodated to in the manner to which we are accustomed, which was really sad. We watched our waiter cater to the table right next to us, with phenomenal service. It’s the small things like cleaning the table after each course, making sure drinks are refilled… I was definitely expecting a better quality of service better than Waffle House service!!!
2 couples passing through on our way from Florida to Tennessee, staying in a hotel next to this place. We were impressed by the look of the building and wanted an Italian restaurant. Once inside we saw that most of the customers were there for a romantic dinner which was fine with us until we saw the menu. I was expecting Italian dishes which I have to admit was extremely limited. I ordered the special which was supposed to be roasted chicken over a bed of rice. When it arrived it was like mush; something you would feed livestock. The dish looked like they took chicken and rice and placed it in a blender. Needless to say I paid $26.00 for slop. My thoughts about this place is that they are trying too hard to prepare high-end entrees that most people could care less about since that area does not support that style of food. After a while we ventured to ask one of the waitress about the history of the restaurant and she explained that the original owner sold a couple years prior and was now working at her daughter's Pizzeria. One can only assume that the new owners were working off the reputation of the original owner and trying to add high end dishes that were bland and tasteless. Maybe they should start over mastering with the basics first before trying new recipes. Needless to say we were very disappointed with our food.
Everything was wonderful, Service was Superior. This is a very nice place, premium quality, fresh food. Our party of seven arrived and were promptly seated at our reservation time. I expected a much higher bill, but it was LESS than $60 per person. This is a truly reasonable value when when you consider the quality and service. I can't wait to go back again.
We've been to Natalie's numerous times. Tonight we went to celebrate our anniversary and we were pleased as always! The food, drinks, and service are incredible! The servers are professional and knoedgeable. Coming from Europe, this restaurant is the closest it gets to European dining in town. Absolutely love it and will continue to come back.
Everything was amazing! the food, the service, and the atmosphere
Great food and service! The location was very convenient to my hotel however the dining room, in particular the corner booths, could be much more comfortable. A little pricey but knew that coming in so that was no problem and the food backed it up, in my opinion. Will definitely dine here again next time I’m overnight in the Macon area.
WE LOVE NATALIA'S!From the time we walk in the door until the end of dinner, we are treated like family. The food is always cooked to perfection..my personal favorite being the filet mignon with lobster tail. The strawberry cake is one of the best deserts I've ever had at any restaurant! The atmosphere is exceptional and the service is always wonderful. If you've never been to this cozy, gem of a restaurant, treat yourself! You will fall in love with Natalia's as we have.
This was so good and thankfully not a pasta-heavy Italian menu. Hadn't heard of "Triple Tail" fish but it was awesome. Very friendly staff.
Exceptional food for the price. Exceptional atmosphere and service. What more can I say. Amazing. Love it.
