Worst moes I’ve ever been to..food was just thrown on my tacos..unbelievable!will never return!
So I make I have everything no matter where I order from. Of course everyone knows you can click yes on "i want my free chips and salsa" and I made sure I order some queso as well. Well here's the reason I gave them a one star review. I went into the store, wasn't greeted but that's OK. Had already put in my order online, but was told it would be a while. Hey that's fine too. I'm patient. So when my order was FINALLY ready after watching several customer get their food mine was ready. And I ask "hey man, did you make sure that that queso and salsa are in the bag properly so they don't spill" before he could answer, a very rude young employee snapped at him, grabbing the receipt and bag and rolling her eyes to say "YES! Everything is in there!". Guess what guys... No Salsa and no queso! Not even gonna mention that the tacos were completely wrong and my burrito was falling apart. I just wanted some salsa and queso but instead I got wrong ingredients and no salsa or queso. The young man tried to correct the problem but the wrong rude smart mouth "lady" didn't care for etiquette or customer service
Not a fan. I went to eat this evening and arrived at 8:00, they are open until 9:30. I ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla and a white meat chicken bowl. I was told they were out of white meat chicken and they would not make anymore. So I settled for dark meat on the quesadilla and steak on the bowl. The bar with condiments was looking sparse, there was hardly any black beans and no more rice after making my bowl. I paid for the meals and sat down to eat. The first bite was fine, but after that the meal went downhill fast. The black beans were as hard as uncooked rice and I had pieces of steak as hard as a rock. I thought it was just a bad bite, but after ten different attempts at picking food from different spots in my bowl, I gave up in fear of cracking a tooth. When I went back to the counter asking for a refund because the food was inedible, the staff member obliged after asking if I would like my food remade. I told him I would just like a refund, the woman who initially didn’t want to make any more chicken as it was, so I thought it best to just get dinner somewhere else. After this experience with the food quality I will not be back.
How do you pay $5.09 for guac and its never in the bag? I have this same issue with the Moe's in Kathleen. I know I should check my bag first but why? It's always when I'm stuck at work and can't come back. ?
Order filled correctly and ready when I got there. The customer service lady was very good.. Their Taco and Fajita kits are awesome for family gatherings.
Always like going to Moe's, but tonight was not a good night.I ordered on-line, confirmation email said ready by 7:45. Arrived at 8:05, door was locked and manager said they were closed due to short staffed (with 4 or 5 people behind the counter) i almost didnt get my meal.When i get home, realize they didnt give me double meat (which i paid for). Smallest portion ive ever seen and paid EXTRA with a 10% tip. I would score low, but i generally love this place. Just hate they dripped the ball on m
The food was great,the personal serving the food was friendly and most important the place was clean. Unlike some of the Moe's I have eaten in.
I ordered a family meal online. It was ready when I got there. The food was good.
The food and the service were great.
Super dirty. The line had cheese mixed into everything. No one behind the counter was wearing a mask. No one prepping food had their hair secured in any way. Health department should visit this place.
