I know it's called shrinkflation, but the burger sizes are getting way too small! You get so much more bread than meat, it's really crazy. The staff was almost moving backwards, they were running, excuse me creeping about as slow as they could. I know they don't get paid much, but good grief at least act like you have energy and are there to do more than put in your time.
Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. We waited 20 mins for our food, and it was cold when we finally got it. The people in the grill were about as sluggish as can be. I'm a former McDonald's grill worker and I could've done better than all 3 people on table. Btw the standard is 2, so they had an extra person and were still moving ridiculously slow. The people on front line were frazzled and confused, they were out of receipt paper on their ordering kiosks, an entire soda machine in the lobby was broken, no lobby ketchup, and no lobby napkins. Terrible experience all around. The picture of the vandalized table is a good representation of the store as a whole.
I just got a filet o fish and it is cold. I had to wait in line for a while to get it (drive through). I am sick and tired of getting nasty cold food from here at Hartley Bridge rd. The cheese is not even melted.
This is the first time in a long time for a Big Mac for me. But I had the BOGO free coupon for Big Mac or quarter pounder or fish filet, and Husband wanted a Big Mac. It was easier to order two of the same. This was a busy place at 2PM on 4/3/22!Two kiosks were working. Two were not. Husband used his app & working kiosk for $1 large fries. I waited patiently for a cashier (someone was at ordering at other working kiosk). I ordered our 2 Big Macs, & a soda for him: $5.28. What a deal!Husband’s kiosk said to take the 10 placard. But it didn’t exist. He also received no receipt. I got a receipt, change, and my order before him, and I ordered after he did! He got his drink while I waited for the fries, but was annoyed that there were no lids for a large drink. He did get a lid when he got the fries. The restaurant was somewhat clean. Chairs were on tables to either limit seating opportunities for cleaning or encourage social distancing. We are glad the booths were available. We’d been driving 5 hours, so sitting inside, at a clean table, with good food, was what we needed. As we ate, we observed the staff. The staff we saw was truly hustling to complete orders: drive thru, kiosk, and at the register.
Average food in a good area. It is good on the go. The employees are always quiet. I guess I give this place a 3.
Friendly and quick service. I went through the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but it moved fast. The food was nice and hot even though I thought I got the wrong order. The food wasn't labeled as I on but it turns out I did have the right order. The quarter pound with cheese was actually juicy reminded me of burgers that you get at a restaurant. I was very satisfied with my meal.
I know everyone is stressed & overwhelmed by the labor shortage. However there's no customer service anymore. The only person that impressed me was the young man that made our frappes. He was just wonderful. Never missed a beat. I wish I got his name. He needs to be employee of the month & given a raise. Thank you for making a wait less stressful on 2/26/22 about 10 am. Again thank you.
I've tried to call McDonald's several times no answer I bought food today and I get home take two bites into it and look at it. It's raw both patties not just in the middle but almost the entire Patty this is unacceptable.
I ordered a large combo with a sweet tea and some sandwiches and a 6 piece nugget, they did forget the nuggets but I was able to let them know before I left the parking lot. I got it and all was right again. The service was quick and employees were nice.
I applaud this location. Though you may have a short wait in line , in my experience, the food is always fresh and hot.. If the could get the ice cream machine working it would be awesome.
