First we order through DoorDash and got cold food. Then we go to the restaurant to order through the drive through and get told the “systems are down”. So then you proceed to turn lights out well before closing time. These are people who want $15 an hour but refuse to actually put in time and effort to prove why you should. I mean can we get one fast food restaurant to actually put out a decent product?! Maybe it’s a management problem.
This place was terrible. Employees were slow and unpleasant. Waited forever for our order to be done. We were probably there almost 20 minutes and there was only 1 order in front of usually. Didn't even have shake made when waiting so long for food. We wouldn't have gotten it if we hadn't told them we ordered one and had to ask for our drink cup as well. Orders were not made as ordered, so our kids didn't even eat them because they hate mustard which was on their burger when we ordered plain. The icing on the cake was when my daughter found one of the employees yellow fake fingernails in her happy meal! So disgusting!! Clearly no gloves were being worn.
NOT FAST FOOD! Don’t go here if your in a hurry. And the ice cream machine is always “broken”Waited over 30 mins for some fast food! No joke!
Went through the drive thru and got 2 Big Mac meals. One of the sandwiches had no burger meat and the other only had one patty. Tried calling as I was already back home and no one will pick up! This is horrible!!!
Went to this location at 4:17 pm on 2/18/22 and went inside to place my order on the self service cashier. After I placed my order, I noticed the black female working at the cash register and also preparing customers orders not wearing her face mask over her nose and mouth and it was pull down under her chin. Next, the black male manager on duty instructed her to pull her mask up over her mouth and nose. She completely ignored him and was allowed to continue to prepare the customers orders without her face mask in place, in accordance to the CDC guidelines. Then, I looked in the food prep area where a black male was cleaning up and he also had his face mask pulled down under his chin. I visit this location often and have never observed this happening when the other manager is on duty.
Yall, tell me why i have to wait HALF AN HOUR in a drive through, only to have every worker act like I kicked their dog? i dont deserve that abuse, thats rediculous, i'm not coming back. yall should be ashamed.
I got a double quarter today that had 1 pc of cheese on it when it is supposed to have 2. The mustard was on the side of the sandwich. I also got an apple pie that had an expire time of 10:23, and my receipt was time stamped 12:18. so almost 2 hours after they still sold it to me. Then, I had to wait in a parking spot for about 10 mins for normal menu items during lunch, and the place was not busy at all. Now they won't answer the phone. This place has gone way down hill recently.
No line. Food was served promptly, obviously too promptly. If our burgers were less than an hour old, I would be surprised. Buns were dried out and burger was cold to the touch. Not even under the warmer light warm. I will not go here again.
I understand it is a holiday week, staff shortages, and everyone is TIRED. However, when it is specified NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD...this is what was served to us. I know y'all can do better! I come to this location for the OUTSTANDING AND SUPERIOR customer service, but this poor sandwich did not deserve this lol. Please do better next time! I will still be back because as I said, y'all do have the best customer service and fast drive thru!
Order is incorrect about 25% of the time. The fries and hamburgers are almost always cold and, the other day at lunchtime, they had no coke products. When the fries are hot, they're the best and a fresh Big Mac is great. They just can't get their act together. I eat at their competitor down the road (the one that sells chicken sandwiches) a couple times a week. In the last 12 months, they've gotten my order wrong once!!! That's about a 1% error rate and the fries are always hot. So... it can be done with the proper management.
