Here at your store 730pm 7/22/22 staff has a poor attitude towards working rude and disrespectful. This was your Manger if your Manger has that attitude your front line staff will follow. You will lose business and money. I will not return. Hope you can find find better workers in the future good luck.
Was amazing I really like the young man Anthony he made our day today and I can never thank him enough. My vote he needs raise and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. ?
The unprofessional ghetto customer service I received at this location was ridiculous the lady at the window was really mad about a coupon and told me I would have to go back through the drive thru to get it lollll lady really then she tried to blame being short staffed this woman is clearly unhappy with her job choice in life she slammed the window and talked trash about me to other other workers wowwww she was sooo upset she got another rep to check me out will never visit this location again
Order was entirely wrong at the McDonald’s in Macon at 5020 Harrison Rd. and we had to wait extra time to get our food corrected, because this girl was on her phone, and messed up the order, And she didn’t care who seen her on it and then typed some more before swiping our card. Doesn’t make any sense how young people don’t care these days.

Was great fresh and hot//// 3 years 6/30/22 my nuggets are hard like they sat under the lamp since 9 I got my order at 1012 hafe of my ten pieces are wet hard like old hard and the 4 piece was a waste of time nephew didn eat it and we kn kids love McDonald . They stop taking cards only cash . Yes I use the app. Most people do I do for a quick way for my coffee before work or a snack for my nephews but this was definitely horrible ended up at wendy ? yes rebuying food smh
They put onions on my Quarter pound cheese and when I asked them to correct it they scrapped the onions off and do not know what they did to bottom half of the bun but if you threw it at a window it would break it. That is how hard it was! I wish pictures had sound!
I went through the drive through and sat there for 5 minutes and when I said hello the disrespectful unprofessional young lady said I will get you in a minute(she said it with a very nasty tone).I drove off why give places with such rude workers business. Who ever own this place needs to check on their business because it's a wonder if this McDonald's is still open.
Cashier doesn't know how to calculate change! Told person @ serving window that I was shorted change, he also gave me incorrect amount & manager on duty didn't know how to calculate change owed me! I was still shorted change on 3rd try to get it correct!
The food was okay, as you'd expect from a McDonald's. It did take a good 10 minutes to get my food after ordering. The place is not cleaned well. Bathroom stinks, dining room floor is oily. Trash laying on dining room floor. Tables not wiped. Looks like better management is needed. That is my thoughts when I see a place that looks like this.
