Nice staff. A very busy store..I turned to go get my tea, and all of sudden this man came running around the corner slammed into me and I screamed. If I had my tea, it would of soaked me.. As I was waiting for my order, I found out it was the manger rushing from outside to give a customer their food by hand. And rushed back in to help with other orders.I'm a healthcare provider, and when handing me my food I explained to this manager we see many slip and falls in our clinic. He did say he was sorry bumping into me.
I never leave reviews but I have come here three times now and not once been happy with the food or service. It's a McDonald's, there's not much you can mess up unless you give it absolutely no effort.Today was it for me, I had two orders- one for fries and one for nuggets. I got my fries in about 10 minutes. I waited and EXTRA THIRTY MINUTES for some nuggets.I waited forty minutes total for an order of fries and nuggets. That I had placed online. So through the course of about an hour- they couldn't put 10 nuggets and a cup of fries in a bag or even be bothered to ask about my order.
Here we go again and it’s not the first time this restaurant’s customer service sucks. I went to the second drive through line as I was the very first car and watched as two cars pulled up about a minute after me get their orders taken, even after saying hello to try and get service I was ignored. Guess McDonald’s is too rich to care about customer service and didn’t want my business. I went to Burger King to eat as they were happy to take my money.
Upon arriving at the restaurant with friends, we decided to order on the screens they have. My friend had issues ordering and the cashier was very rude. I also noticed that the staff was very loud on the inside and customers were not even acknowledged. One man decided to go to Starbucks because the cashier was so rude so no longer wanted a caramel frappe. This type of behavior is a significant departure of the conduct I would expect of McDonalds employees. I recommend customer service training or suspension of termination of the staff that is present right now. We will not be dining here again.
I got food poisoning from this location on Saturday 06/11/2022. I should have knew something was up when 3 workers where just looking at me crazy sipping they tea. I didn't do anything to these folks. It's my fault for trusting McDonald's to feed me. I have been horribly sick and before management gets on here and says impossible. This was the only thing I ate Saturday and the hospital has already confirmed it was food posioning. So watch out at this location.
The employees are in need of training..especially when it comes to how they speak to customers...and then learn that they are not supposed to yell at there manager..in front of others especially customers..for some reason employees seem to think that they can do what ever they want..and act however they choose. And expect they should keep there job..they need to remember that they are being paid to do a job..and if they are unhappy with there job there are others to be had..that way they can make room for someone who might appreciate the job..or aleast someone who could aleast follow the rules and respect management (alot of very volger language was being used from employee towards management)..in front of customers until what ever problem they may have can be taken care of in the office ..
They wrong for this old, hard disappointment called food, then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called , they were answering after a while and hanging up without saying a word, worst McDonald’s ever!
Jessica (shift manager) is pretty rude…. I had to pay at the counter from the kiosk and the only thing she was able to bark at me was the total…. She couldn’t say anything else. When I said thank you for my order she just replied, “ok”.
I patiently waited roughly 20 minutes in the drive thru, paid for my order, and left the store. I immediately noticed my fish filet sandwich. Upon pulling back up at the store I noticed the employee who gave my order to me was outside. I explained to him what happened and he took my receipt into the store (presumably to get my sandwich). After about 2 minutes he comes back out with only my receipt and says that I would have to go back through the drive thru line again. Why should I have to spend 20+ minutes waiting again for the food that I have already waited and paid for? Especially when an employee had already taken the time to try to retrieve it for me even though he was off the clock. When I made it back to the window I was informed by another employee that I should not have been sent back through the drive thru line!During this whole ordeal I’m trying to call the store to see if I can avoid the long line again and nobody ever answered. Absolutely Ridiculous!
My overall experience was good. The staff was attentive but my oder was wrong, I noticed when I reached my destination. The app doesn't have a place to make a complaint and this is the third time that my order was incorrect.
