I ordered a fish sandwich for my husband and myself to go. We couldn't eat the bread on the sandwich. The bread was so hard you could tap on ot with your finger and it sounded like you were tap tapping on a kitchen counter top. Worst sandwich I have ever purchased!!!!Every McDonald's has terrible food ,that the first time eating at one in 6 months. I suddenly remembered why. NEVER AGAIN!!!
This place was like walking into a morgue. None of the employees were friendly no acknowledge of there customers. Menus were offline. So you couldn't see the menu. No pastries out on counter. Kiosk was not working. Nothing with a smile.
Drive thru was slow but what can you expect with only 3 workers. Food was still good and the workers there were super nice !
Good cookies. I always ask for them fresh. The fries usually taste like they were just dropped back in the grease and not actually freshly cooked.
It’s 8:49 and according to Google they close at 10 pm, they act as if you’re not in line and dont acknowledge you, and we clearly see them standing around conversating through the window. Smh, poor service
Read back order but still put it in the computer wrong, then spent over 20 min waiting on them to fix it. Ran out of time for lunch break and had to leave without my food. Sh-t service.
Took 15 minutes to even get to the ordering box. The microphone didnt work. I pulled up the window, ordered my food (without cheese). 25 minutes later I get my food. No surprise, there was cheese on it, seemed like they put the cheese on it to take it off. Hello!! There was still cheese on my meal. I parked to walk in and get it fixed. Doors were all locked. Every single one. No signs on the doors as to why. The facility says open for dining. This was not the case. ON TOP OF THAT: There was a family that came out of the building!! So in order to get this fixed they expect me to sit in the drive through line for another 45 minutes?!One simple thing. NO CHEESE and they can't even do that right. Low quality of employees. Do not waste your time!
The details aren't important but whoever ownes this franchise must be completely out of touch with their business! How can you own a business like this and not have any more pride in what you do. Suggestion sell your business and someone please push this place and open a Chick-fil-A!
They Got my order all wrong and put onions on every burger that I asked them not to put them on. Asked for combo's but got single orders..smh....burger was dry. If I didnt live so far Id have taken everything back but from now on I will be sure to hold up the line & check every single item thoroughly since the employee's WONT!!
Asked for chocolate milk got sweet tea ?Asked for no onions , got onions, not them small chopped up ones , big fresh cut ones. ? AND my Burger patty was BURNT. I didn't even eat ? highly doubt I'll be back.
