Drive thru guy named cory tried to fight me at the window because I didn't have the receipt at the window. Accusing me of trying to steal, clearly had an attitude problem. He had to be pulled out of the window by other employees. Threatened me and told me to "come inside then". Didn't get the drink I paid for or any drinks. 100% a liability to your business.
My wife ordered a 10 piece nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce. When she opened the bag, she the dipping sauce was honey mustard.
I don't believe in Macon but I'm in the area alot and I've stop by this location a few times and everytime something is being lefted out of my order... The food is never hot or fresh.. 7/22/22 was my last time coming to this location, I simply order 2 Happy Meals I get the Happy meals only had a toy & 4 piece nuggets this has happened everytime with my orders...
Honestly the worst McDs I have ever visited. Only stopped for a soda to take on the road and waited 9 minutes to receive it.Drive-thru was semi-long so I went inside. Kiosks didn't work, so I had to order at the counter. Girl had trouble placing the one order ahead of me, which was a 5-minute wait.I counted 9 employees working the kitchen lines (2 others on a break). 3 customers at a table were waiting for their orders.For the number of orders delivered while I waited (7 orders including Drive-thru and inside), this was a horrible experience.
Even though they left my cheeseburger out my bag ,the young man at the window was nice ,fast and had manners.Thr food was fresh and good and i had no problem getting my cheeseburger.
In these rough times , inflation and the pandemic , things are challenging all over . To say this having enough imployees seems to be an issue for a lot of places , so you may not get your order as fast as you hoped for . Buy I have no complaints about the people or quality of there food & beverages or hospitality
I love McDonald's Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, but they'll charge you for it but not put it on your sandwich or if you ask for light sauce. . They'll put a lot of sauce on it. And McDonald's food isn't as good as it used to be and I think it's because they don't put the love in it like they used to. But I still eat there like three or four times a week
Just went through drive thru for 2 slushies a number 7 and Large Fry. First Young Lady comes to the window with an attitude asking me are the slushies mine?!? Correct response should have been ma’am are these beverages on your order‼️ Secondly you left off my fries ? when I tell you got your face all balled up and you put so much salt on them If I eat them my blood pressure would be sky high! Teach your cashiers some social and customer service skills.
Was told on Sunday May 23, 2022 they do no take orders due to rain & the young lady shut the drive thru down I have never heard of drive thru closing due to rain!
I go there every morning it's a little slow but I can say one thing all of these people on here are Lying. And if you got to get out your bed to come to a fast food restaurant and you want to lie about the service well stay home and get you behind up in time to fix your own breakfast . Jimmy Dean has a great breakfast get yourself a few like I do from Sam's and coffee and your own stop Lying with your sorry behinds. Not what I really want to say but keeping it clean .
