Ice cream is pretty good ?? Both times I have been here though the staff has seemed rude and upset that they have to do any work. They also always close early, might as well change the hours to 10:30 because they never are open after 10:30.
First time visit. I took my daughter there today for a mother's day treat and the staff was swift and friendly. They were even kind enough to offer my daughter an extra topping for free as a first time customer. The ice cream was delicious! You can bet we will be going back. ?
Employees were EXTREMELY nice and caring. Ice cream was outstanding and highly recommend! Thank you guys so much!
Customer service was so awful!! To customers and themselves. You felt like you couldn't ask anything without attitude. Milkshake was straight milk with one kit kat bar in it. Ice cream was okay. Milkshake was completely trash. Top it all off prices were crazy. And most of the attitude came from one older lady who seemed to not only be ugly to customers but the other employees too. ?
The employees did an amazing job today when handling a rude customer. The customer was very rude and being disrespectful to the employee who was helping her but the employee kept a calm head and asked the lady to leave. Said employee had apologized for a situation that wasn’t her fault and made sure the rest of my time in that store was a pleasant experience.
I absolutely love this location! The whole staff has always been welcoming to my family and I. We tried to come here as often as we can because not only the quality of the customer service but the ice cream is amazing! Definitely stop by here when you get a chance.

My son is autistic and rarely tries new things. The manager and her son were working and were very sweet and accommodating to him. They didn’t rush him and even let him try a little milkshake to make sure he liked it. He is 9 and this was his very first milkshake. I’m used to people being aggravated or feeling rushed when we go out and they treated us amazing and can’t say how happy it made me that they cared enough to do that. I know it probably didn’t seem like much to them but it meant the world to us! Thanks again!!! ❤️
Great customer service, there were three girls working tonight and all were super friendly. Kadence waited on me and my family tonight and was so sweet with my little one as always.
You guys usually have exceptional customer service, but I brought my family in for ice cream this evening and Cadence (I believe that’s what’s I heard one of the other employees call her) was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. My family and myself love coming here for sweet treats, but after today unfortunately, we will not be returning. I understand everyone has bad days, but she made me feel very uncomfortable
