The seafood and the house seasoning are absolutely delicious. It isn’t cheap, but the prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of seafood you receive. And finally, the bartender Kam was incredible. He delivered great service at the bar while also attending to several tables. Will stop in again!
I went to eat here two Saturdays in a row. I had different meals. They both was delicious. Service was prompt. I will definitely make this one of my go to spots.
I had been here once before and I really enjoyed it and the food, however I decided to take my family here for my son's birthday and was very disappointed. When you walk in you literally stick to the floor every step you take unless you get on the carpet. The crab legs were overcooked and the crab cake was still swimming in the grease. I notified my waitress and she said she told the manager, however no apology and the manager didn't even bother to come out and speak to us about our disappointments like a manager should. I wouldn't recommend going here.

We really enjoyed this place. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Sorry I didn't take pictures of the food...being that my group is from Mississippi, our only issue was that we are accustomed to slightly larger food portions.
Food was very good as my hubby said dinner was so good we had lobster tails shrimp, calms potato and corn on the cob yummy. Our waitress Riley was so helpfully and so pleasent. We live in Florida but if we pass this way again we will make sure to visit
I read previous reviews and was hesitant about eating here. The front desk clerk at the HI Express said give it a try. He said he has sent guests there and they came back you good reviews. I ordered boiled shrimp with garlic butter and an order of hush puppies. The shrimp a piece of corn and a potato arrived in a plastic bag. An unconventional way to serve but I guess they boil the shrimp and put it in a plastic bag with seasonings. They food was very good shrimp was tasty and not tough. Hush Puppies were great. Good service food arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered. Good food and service try them out

On Feb.12,2022 a group of us seniors (11) had lunch at the Macon Crab House. Every one of us gave them a 5 star rating. The service AND the food was very good. The only problem we had was the length of time it took fir us to getto get our checks when we were ready to leave. We all agreed that we would definitely go back.
After reading the reviews we decided to give this place a try.. We were not disappointed! We were greeted with a smile from the hostess. The food was awesome and the customer service was amazing. Ty was our waitress and she was so sweet and had a great personality. Thank you Ty for making our out of town dinning great. We will definitely be back ?
