Just wondering when places like this are going to realize they need more than four people serving beer/liquor for 2,688 people in a short period of time. More servers = happier customers. Yeah, I know it's probably three hours of work, but make the investment! Waited in line for an hour, downstairs where the music couldn't be heard. Ladies, be sure to check their bags regulations.A pretty dated auditorium but the acoustics was great. Restroom and concessions has room for improvement. Overall, a decent location for a concert.

Saw Bill Burr here. It was an amazing well planned event. Wish the seating spacing was a bit better and ways to find the rows was a bit more simplified for guests and staff to find after lights are out.Beautiful venue, great acoustics and great view from all seats.

Went for a comedy show had a great time amazing place. Loved the old building. The ceiling was actually worth the trip just to see it. Wish I'd gotten pictures of it.

Beautiful! And it was full but not to crowded with people...just the right size. Our seats were great at #billburr show. It was easy to get to from I 75 and easy getting back to I 75 afterwards! We had a blast and the building itself is gorgeous inside and out! I would definitely go back for another event.

The facility itself had history and looked fantastic. It's in a nice area of Macon for other sites, food, and drinks. The other poor characteristic of the place was the staff (contracted). They were terrible and inconsistent in doing their duties and showed poor planning in working the comedy show we saw. Saw no auditorium taking charge and making entering, exiting, and general mvmnt around the area smooth.

It was a nice place. Ridiculously long lines. Bathrooms in the basement?Bill Burr was great though. An employee, one of those #forgettablewomen came at me extremely rude telling me to put my phone away or I would have to leave. A simple “Sir, put your phone away please” would suffice, but I guess when you’re the overweight punchline of the joke of the comedian on stage you take your job pretty seriously.

Tho the venue is beautiful, there were some weird decisions made here. They were allowing small purses in but then proceeded to get you in the venue and then charge $10 for them to hold it during the show. That's a first for me. I'd suggest not bringing a purse at all. We were there for the Aaron Lewis concert. If there's a time for alcohol it'd be then. They only had 2 bars. Very small ones with constant long lines before they just ran out completely not even half way through the show. They decided not to open the third one ??‍♀️ chairs in the balcony are pretty close together so be prepared for little to no leg room.

Nice concert venue. Forgot just HOW GOOD the acoustics were so was a little too loud for a country concert at times.Just wish they'd spend money of carpeting in the venue. Could smell the carpet reek in multiple areas. Sucks to have to go all the way downstairs for the restroom, food, or beverages. Which, the stairwells are well you smelt the carpets the worst.Could be an incredible venue if they'd re-invest in the property.

Charging 10 dollars to check a bag just because it isn’t clear is rip off and a scam you should be ashamed of yourself especially when it’s a children’s event knowing their will be a lot of super bags
