Incredible dining experience. We tried the two steaks on the menu- the tenderloin and the ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection. The flavor of the meat and their sides were fantastic.

Service was great! I ordered the crab and corn chowder. When this soup arrived I was confused because I had never seen a chowder of this consistency or color. I asked the waitress if this was the chowder and was told yes. No corn or crab in the soup. It was good but not what I was wanting. Also got a cocktail, it was pretty good.

The atmosphere was wonderful... full of detail. We were running a few minutes behind but luckily we did not lose our reservation. The drinks here are FANTASTIC! I'd recommend the Blue Sky! I had a few other drinks but I can't remember the names. For our appetizer we ordered the Burrata but sadly they did not have all the ingredients to complete our order. Instead we got a Pear and Pecan salad with prosciutto(couldn't find it on the online menu). It was quite tasty. Sadly my friend does not eat pork and the selections with no pork were few. It would have been nice if there were more options. I ate the pork belly carbonara but I found it to be quite bland. Loved the concept but I needed more flavor. My friend ate the steak burger which was jam packed full of flavor but that bacon jelly ruined it for him. He missed that in the description. So he had to order another burger. The fries were just fries. Eh. The dessert options didn't move me and I LOVE dessert! Sigh. I personally expect so much more at a boutique hotel. This place has so much promise truly but that menu needs to expand. I'm not a food critic but I've eaten plenty of DIVINE meals. Corey gave us WONDERFUL service and we appreciate him. I hope to return and see the NEW menu! Macon could always use a new restaurant with delicious food.

Walked in and the place reeked of fish but the server was kind. Not impressed with the menu. Far too many "southern" sides. Had the pork belly carbonara. For the price I paid, the portion was miniscule. The dessert, a banana pudding was inedible. The bananas were black, rotten, and hard and the pecan sandy they put on top could not be eaten as it was so stale. The pudding itself had zero flavor. 9$ at that! The restaurant is gorgeous (shame they covered the waiters station with cardboard). Won't be in a hurry to go back until changes are made. Love to have a new upscale Restaurant but the quality/price do not match.

Terrible experience for the second time. I went with a group to Loom when the restaurant first opened. Met the GM along with a few others. The drinks were sub par and the food was not impressive. Decided to give it another try given that it was opening week the first go around. The second visit was a total disaster. The bartender was incredibly rude, with absolutely zero respect for the patrons that are paying his bills per se, to the manager who had absolutely no communication skills whatsoever. The level of class in a restaurant of this caliber should be above par, however, it was not even close. Macon is doing its best to improve the downtown area, which is a huge plus. But given the poor quality of everything about Loom with the exception of the valet team and the decor, this will definitely not be on the list for my group to ever visit again. Step it up Loom or you will not make it here. Train your employees to be respectful to your guests and maintain high standards. Shameful experience for what could have been a nice evening out.

WORST dining experience we have ever encountered. Had an 8:30 reservation. Stood there for 10 minutes. Finally got seated at 8:45. Ordered a drink and appetizer. Received drink/app at 9:15 and was informed the kitchen was closed. Keep in mind, this is a Friday night and the server never informed us prior to kitchen closing. The bartender is rude needs some life training. We were given the GM's phone number and called him from our table. He wasn't at the restaurant, so that's par for this course. The young lady that called herself the manager needs life training just like the bartender.I was born and raised in this town. To all of Macon, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT.

Food is mediocre and over priced. Very limited menu. Drinks are weak. Bartender and management staff are rude and unprofessional. We decided to give this place one more try after our first bad experience considering they had just opened. Now that they have had ample amount of time to work out their kinks, it’s still just as horrible. We had reservations at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Didn’t get seated until 8:45pm. We weren’t told the kitchen and bar closed at 9pm until we got ready to order our dinner. Save your time and money and go somewhere else in Macon.

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Had a dinner reservation for 8:30 was sat at 8:40 and proceeded to order drinks and appetizers before dinner. Asked the water to place our dinner order about 9:15 by the way 2 of the drinks were not at the table yet ??‍♂️. Waiter said sorry kitchen is closed at 9 ??‍♂️?. Ummmm hello we’re here for dinner not to mention the waiter should have told us this before 9 as well. Then the manager came back to the table and was rude and very unprofessional about the situation so we left. Needless to say after 2 visits the 3rd one will be when they close the doors for good so I can laugh !!!!! Terrible restaurant and staff.

Delicious cocktails, smash burger and harvest salad on the patio.

Dining atmosphere was excellent! Rooftop view was excellent! The Food was a little bland and portions were small. We ordered the Crab Cake as an appetizer and we only received one little cake. Also it's a little overpriced for the portions.
