I waited thirty minutes for just a cheese bread I had to walk in to tell them I been waiting cause someone next to me ordered two pizzas and some lady who workers a cheese bread got their stuff before me . Then the boy ( idk his name but some 5”7 black boy curly high hair) I can’t describe him well but bassicaly just forgot the sauce . I had stuff to do so I just took the nasty food anyway instead of asking them to te make it . This is crazy took long for my order , over burned it , forgot the main thing a sauce and served someone that had the same order as me before me . Some young boy
Service really isn't the best. Employees are more interested with phones and other things than the people who order. The manager needs to be more professional and maybe his staff will follow.
I lived off of this pizza during an unfortunate period of working WAY TO MUCH and it being (not this location) so close to home that I have gotten to where I hardly eat pizza any more. But, that's not because of the pizza quality, just the abundance lol. But I stopped in the other day on a whim and grabbed a GREAT PIZZA, I mean coming from someone who swore off another slice, EVER, that says something... stop in, grab a bite for -$ and enjoy!!!
Great place and didn't have to speak to anyone, just got my food from the kiosk and left.
I didnt have a bad experience necessarily with Little Caesars exactly, my problem was that I had 2 different people asking me for money before I went inside and again when I was going back to the car. I expected it to happen honestly, i would have been more surprised if i had not been asked for money at this location. Its in a terrible neighborhood, very high crime rate in that area, very dangerous for anyone to be in that area at all, but that can be said for most of macon sadly these days.
If this is the one I think it is there was a lady that worked there she come out the bathroom with her phone video chatting someone then gonna scream oh my god! because she has customers then goes for touching people's food without washing her hands she just came from the bathroom on a dirty germy phone. Not professional at all we left because we will not eat in a place like that. Sorry we only came to spend money ..... Acting like that she's gonna run off business she already did. Me and my entire family and a few other people walked out too can't say I blame them.
Ordered a stuffed crust with out that garlic butter. So where do I start we called in to give them a head start on our order and they didn't even have the order in or under a name when we got there. Mind you we live like 10 mons from it. Then we sat there for almost over an hour waiting FOR ONE PIZZA. Then when we got it there was like no sauce on the pizza and a little container 9f sauce to the side. And remember that garlic butter we didn't want welp you guessed it they put it on the pizza. I gotta say all in all for the 10 11 bucks we spent this was NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY.

Yup so today was the final straw with this garbage place. I mistakenly decided to go here for lunch today and I ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce a cheesy jalapeno dip and a soda which normally would be about $8 give or take. We'll I ended up spending $12 because they said it was rung up wrong and it would take longer to get my pizza. I decided to just pay it so I could get what I ordered and go back to work. We'll, as you might assume it wasn't ready (they didn't even START making it at this point I'm 15 mins over my lunch break) which I just decided to get a hot n ready so I could get back to work where I almost got fired. Take the extra time and go to one of the others in the area, you'll be glad you did.
