It never fails, every time I order a deep dish pizza, it’s NEVER done! It’s always doughy. That’s pathetic. I pay money for my pizza to be cooked when I’m ready, not underdone. If I wanted to cook it myself, I’d buy a frozen pizza!
I say my experience was less than satisfactory. I did not feel welcome. I did not feel comfortable. It was something in the air. The staff is stressed. It could be bad management. I wanted to ask the clerk could I help this place. I have a lot of photos. You can see the place is dirty and they are short on the sauces.
Ordered $57.22 worth of food this evening online paid with card. Got there one of the stuff pepperoni & cheese pizza did not have the pepperonies in it.They told me to go pull over & Park while they made another pizza...soon a lady came out & got the mistake pizza (could have just gave it to me for the extra wait! "HAD A HUNGRY CREW WAITING""I figured to check my pizza there because 2 weeks ago I ordered a lot more pizza & the same thing happened but I already drove home & gas prices are too high to be going back!"It's just really ridiculous we never get what we pay for!!!
Order was placed at 600 pm last night. Waited and waited. At 8pm decided to see what was wrong, delivery service stated they were closed. Hours say closed at 11 and online app still let you order. Had to wait on hold with corporate over an hour before they answered, then another 20 minutes before she confirmed I would be refunded ( which takes 7-10 days). Lousy
I frequent this place from time to time usually get what ordered tonite got told my order was cancelled guy told me he was going to get it waited 30 min. Got email told me my pizza was ready.Had me park waited another 30 mins to tell me again my pizza order was cancelled again. No one tried to fix the problem . Was angry after that just left.I am a manager in food industry and would have handle that a better way. Just disappointed!!!
Horrible. My pizza dough was not cooked all the way they said ten minutes however it was more like five minutes no flavor the young guy that made the food needs to find another job because pizza ain’t it…
Pizza was not done. The dough was raw and uncooked!
Saturday, April 9 (around 8 PM)Little Ceasars, North Ave. Macon Ga.Gave 1 star because there was nothing lower to give.I'd say that this is by far the worst place that we have ever been. First, the service was absolutely awful. The woman taking the orders is the rudest person that I've ever met. She takes the order by asking "What do you want?" We should have left at this point but decided to order anyway. Big mistake, it took them forever to make the pizzas and when we got them, one of them (cheese only) seemed like it had been sitting all day, it was cold and dried out. Also while waiting, there was another customer who came in and made a complaint about how little sauce and pepperoni there was on her pizzas. The rude woman taking the orders took the pizzas from her and threw them in the floor, stormed into the kitchen area to get them remade and loud enough for everyone in the store to hear said "these are for that white lady out there" (strange response because she's white also and there was more than one white female customers waiting. Most definitely will never come to this place again.I normally don't leave this harsh of comments but truth is truth, I can only report actual experiences.
They are rude , a lady came out giving a man his food with these exact words “aye man here’s your food come get it “ i would never eat here again they are nasty and by far the worst little caesars i’ve ever been in , Just nasty !!! They can be nicer then what they are. They should really do something about this , They’re going to lose all business because of this !
Pizza dough was not cooked all the way. No sauce on the pizza. When I called the store, no one picked up! I am deeply disappointed that they will serve a customer this
