Nasty. The chicken sandwich was cold and stale. Cheeseburgers were not fresh or proper temperature. I knew when I was paying it was a mistake based upon the dirty looking kitchen. Lesson learned! Won’t be back!
It says under new management outside like that is a blessing or something to be proud of. I’m not sure what the old management was like but this certainly isn’t great. I’ve never sat in a drive through at a fast food restaurant for 1 full hour but that certainly happened here at this place. Extremely slow, no apologies and certainly not a friendly staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KRYSTAL LOCATION.
Crystal used to be one of my favorite hamburger joints but they're just not as good as they used to be I don't think people take the time to make it right anymore
Food was not good at all.service was slow which was shocking considering there was 3 people max ordering. I would not go there again
My experience completely sucked. I ordered 4 cheese Krystal’s combo with a Coke Zero. My wife ordered 2 double Krystal’s. Both wrong. She got shorted a burger and all mine were cold. Drove back around and told them. They have my wife her missing burger and they gave me a mystery bag of whatever they felt like giving me. All wrong and cold. Absolutely ridiculous. Why can’t we give negative stars? The worst service EVER
ZERO STARS! My husband found a razor blade in his chili cheese fries! He's called multiple times but they answer then hang up!

Sat in line a total of 20 mins and still never made it to the window to get food. I went to another location and got food and those same cars were still in line. If you are this severely short staffed, some modifications definitely need to be made like closing the inside if you are not equipped to handle both drive thru and dining area. Absolutely Never Again! ??♀️
The food was hot and on point when I went there last Sunday. Krystal is a treat when I drive through Macon. My town does not have one. But, those Krystals and the fries were hot and fresh. Loved it!!!! I will be back ???
We stopped at Krystal after the movies. Stopped in drive thru at 11.45 pm after 5 minutes lady came over speaker said closing early do to lack of staff. As we drive around building to leave a car by drive thru appeared to be waiting on a oder and when went by front appeared two to three employees we playing and eating in the dining area. If the dining is closed how many people does take to run the drive thru it must a t least five here
