I am officially changing my review the service was shocking and amazing at the same time. The drive thru handler was cool. I ordered 24 original Krystals, which was hot and ready to eat. I waited no more than 10 minutes great job Krystals I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work
My breakfast scrambler was cold and at the cost, I shouldn't be getting a half of cup of grits and 1 strip of bacon. I know cost of food is up but the customer shouldn't suffer for less of what we pay!
It was good. Easy stop for food. They were quick and friendly.

Worst hamburger I have ever had from a Krystal. The tea was sorta sour. I had rather have white castle anyday. I can remember as a child going to get Krystal hamburgers from when it was on Cherry street. They were so good.
Good was old, and I had to wait for at least ten minutes after I ordered to receive the old food.
Wish they could figure out how to keep the buns from getting so soggy. They are practically falling apart.
Order was correct and lady at window was pleasant. We were the only one at drive-thu so service was fast.
The drive through crew members are always so nice, and believe it or not, 85% of the time my order is correct
