If I could give them a zero I would. The crispy fried chicken was horrible. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and dipped back in the grease the next day. The ice machine didn't work. Some of the workers was really nice but that's about it. The colonel takes really good pictures because he didn't participate in cooking that bad tasting food.The restaurant can really use a cleaning in the dining area.
Went this evening 7/10/22 ordered a 4pc with Mac and cheese as my side with a 6pc wing they tell me they only have 5 wings I said that's fine get food I have mash potatoes instead of Mac they say oh we out of Mac! Not to mention they thru the BBQ sauce on didn't even shake it up! Ridiculous
My sis brought me dinner from Tom Hill KFC tonight and the food is a 1000x better than the Forsyth Rd location. Its fresh and it's good. Thanks so much.?
You have to ask for your crispy chicken sandwiches fresh or they will give pre-made in the warmer. SIGN SAYS FRIED TO ORDER check your order before you go.
If you like "sweet heat", this KFC serves up fresh, hot crispy and juicy wings covered in a delicious sauce! Worth the 12 - 15 minutes wait to have them prepared fresh! I decided to add their light warm homemade biscuits too! Absolutely perfect! Even the staff was wonderful... This restaurant's score is 100!
I did pick up mobile order, came there food was ready. It was fresh and crispy.Their meal actually was pretty decent and very positive product value!I ate all those crispy chicken skin ?? even before I could take picture of the food I ordered.
Went through the drive-through; fast service; polite person at the window; but the food was not remotely close to anything I have tasted at KFC in the past. Chicken was so over cooked or either fried 2x -- it was not edible; biscuits were hard as a rock. Very disappointing. My mother and I both said it was the worst meal we have ever had. Bought the 8 piece bucket and threw it out. To say it was awful is mildly describing it. Really unbelievable for a KFC.
The wait for food is unbearable no matter how good it may taste. If my son didn't want this food i definitely wouldn't come. Will avoid ever coming back. Disappointed in this location.
This KFC is the worst, they got me waiting half hour for some stale old chicken, & to add insult to injury they gave me a dollar bill that was completely torn in half smh...
100 % good. Hot, fresh, quick and health dept rating 100!!!! Go big daddy!
