Came here for a Grilled Chicken, 8 piece family meal, but they didn’t have Grilled Chicken. Okay, cool. So then I ask for Crispy and they say that’ll.take 15 minutes, and Original will take 10 minutes. I ask for Original and they tell me to pull around to the front. I wait in my car for 20 minutes until I go inside. They tell me the Original won’t be ready for 15 more minutes but the Crispy will be ready in 7 minutes. I don’t care how the food tastes at this point. I should not have had to wait this long, let alone come inside to wait. I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.
SHOUT OUT to Alissa at Kentucky Fried ChickenOn Forsyth Rd in Macon! My daughter called but no one answered. About a minute later my daughters cell rang and said KFC was calling (Never had a fast food call back). Alicia said, “Sorry I missed your call, how can I help you?” My daughter asked if it was possible to order ahead two 16 peice buckets today and it was no problem at all. Alicia had it ready for us in 15 minutes and we had no wait when we went to the drive thru.What great customer service!
Our food was great. It was fresh out of the grease, and it all tasted good.
They served me uncooked chicken and left out half of my meal. They’re rude as hell and I will never bring my service there again
Tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. It was actually pretty good. I also got a second meal for later, and the chicken needed to be fried a little longer. The biscuit was hard as a rock and inedible, but the sides were fine and filled to the top which I appreciate bc usually they are filled half way. It's generally a hit or miss experience at this location. I'm glad today was somewhat better than the other days.
The store located on 4475 Forsyth st is criminal in its practices. The laws of false advertising are clear. If you set a price or post it The The final bill should be just that plus state taxes and no more. I was there this evening and purchased the 8 piece meal with two sides and 4 biscuits for $24.00+. The side advertised this as the price or $17.00 for just chicken.It was bad enough they only had white meat to sell but when I got to the window to pay the clerk told me my bill was $28.93 plus tax making it $30.00. I asked him how it came to be 30 dollars. He lied and said it was because I ordered the meal. I said Bull#$%@. The sign says 24.00 for meal and 17 dollars for just chickenHe then tried to blame it on the cash register.. Don't eat there or at any business owned by these Indians. They are here to steal and cheat us.
I ordered the mash potato bowl. When i got home to eat it all the chicken pieces were hard as a rock. Unateable to say the least. Unsatisfied.
Fast service, but missing half my food, they said I could come back for it, sorry I live 30 minutes away. This is the 2nd time in a row I was missing food. The manager said she would buy me 2 large potatoes and gravy but why is she buying what I already paid for????
Ordered chicken sandwiches the had more mayo on it then anything... It was nasty can't taste the meat because there's too much mayo
The service was awful. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I parked to go inside and order because I was in a hurry. There was one person in line in front of me and approximately 2 guests in the dining area eating.. I, along with the other man om front of me who had been waiting, waited in line for literally 15 minutes and no one except 1 of the main cooks even acknowledged that me and the other man were standing there waiting to order. He told the other employees they needed to help the people at the register and none of them even acknowledged us standing there much less take our orders. The customer in front of me then Looked back at me and said you may want to go to the drive thru, which told me he had been waiting much longer before I even arrived. Definitely VERY unprofessional. I ended up going back out to the drivethru, only because I promised my grandmother a chicken pot pie from there and it took approximately 10 min to get my order. I will say The food itself was good. But because of the service I don't plan on going back to this location for a while.
