I order a famous bowl.. it was by far the worst I ever experience at a KFC..chicken wasn’t fresh at all.. hard to chew.. threw the whole bowl in the trash.. wasted $8.09
Don’t waste your time unless you plan to be robbed.I sent my fiancé there to get me lunch while I was at work. The cashier created small talk at the first window to throw her attention of what he was really doing. My fiancé called me as she was leaving to ask if I needed anything extra, because she planned to stop for gas. She noticed my credit card was missing, and began to wonder if she had dropped it somewhere in the car.(We’re on the phone the entire time) I locked it from my app just in case. A few seconds later I get a notification from my cards provider notifying me that my card had been attempted to be use. Low and behold, the little twisted guy the window was attempting to buy wings from another restaurant down the street. My card was never recovered, and I’ve never been to that KFC(Gray Hwy) again.
Dining Room needs a bit of disinfectant cleaning. Service and food was on point... Thanks guys and gals...
I do not usually leave reviews especially bad ones but this affected other people than just myself. I ordered from this kfc through DoorDash. My poor dasher sat there for over 45 minutes waiting on my family’s food. First they told her they forgot about my order. She said they were just playing around behind the counter and it wasn’t almost closing time or anything like that. Later after more waiting they told her DoorDash had already picked it up which was a lie because she’d be sitting there waiting for it for almost an hour(and I never got it delivered so it’s not like another dasher delivered it to me.) I tried calling this kfc twice but nobody answered. I had to cancel my order. This waiting also made my dasher late for her other orders. So, this messed up my family’s dinner, my dasher’s business, and the other peoples’ dinner she was late in picking up and delivering because of kfc staff. The food is fine, the service is pathetic and childish. I’m sorry nice DoorDash driver.
Wouldn't even leave 1 star, the employees don't know how to listen nor they they know how to speak clearly so they can be understood! Came away with the WRONG order because the person in drive through couldn't/wouldn't listen and couldn't/wouldn't speak clearly! Thoroughly disappointed and upset with service and I WILL NOT be.going back here!!
Waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they had nothing but wings and tenders after i ordered 2 8 piece sinners. When we agreed to the tenders, they told us 20 minutes. Dont go here

My chicken sandwich was so good I have to stop by there and get me one every night on shirlington drive and the boy their name Trent Thomas I remember asking him his name he was such a sweet And and the staff is wonderful as well
