So I was told not to come back and to leave after complaing that my pizza that I orderd for take out that had been added to our dine inn order had been sitting on top of the oven with my garlic knots for 15 mins. I had only asked my server how much longer my pizza was going to take after I saw people whom came in after I place my togo order getting there pizza. I had asked to speak to the manager and 2 people answered me, when I complained about it not being right that we had to sit there longer waiting while I watched for 15 mins several different employees look at the tick for my order and leave it there. In my mind I believed it was someone elses but when asking my server about the long wait for the pizza he went right back to the pizza that had been sitting for the 15 mins. The person who told me this stated he was the general manager Andrew Mathews. He told me he does not want my business and not to come to his store and the owner would tell me the same. I was not loud I was explaining that it is not right that we had to wait there and the pizza and knots were sitting there. He only said can't you see we are busy and I'm drenched in sweat. I understood they were busy that is why I patiently waited for it and asked our serve how much longer. We just found this restraunt and did not know it was there. We enjoyed it the first time so much we came back a second time in less than a week. We spent $55 the first time and and $ 50 the second time to me I think that is a good amount for a customer to spend in a week and potentially more each week. My mother and I go to lunch and dinner together often. But it's nice to know that my business is lost because you don't care about customers. Also a side note they were out of alot of items that we tried to order and we had to change our dine in order. No steak and no grilled chicken.

Ordered pickup. Was told it would take thirty minutes. Arrived at restaurant 30 minutes after my call. Sat at bar next to register. Restaurant was 3/4 full. People before me were waited on. No problem. Then a lady came in to pick up her call in order as well, they immediately waited on her even though I had been there 10 minutes. still no one has tried to help me. Finally 15 minutes after I arrived I was helped and given a check which I paid with a gratuity. 15 minutes later, still no food. Finally the girl that waited on me, asked the other girl if my food was ready, I noticed the other girl went to the top of the pizza oven and got my pizza order and then realized they had to make two salads. Finally 35 minutes after I arrived, I got my food. I live 10 minutes away. Got home, pizza was cold and missing toppings. We ordered a build your own. We were missing 6 toppings from our pizza. We had added a lot on the pizza like we normally do. The salads were not made correctly. The Greek salad was only lettuce and black olives. Nothing else. The Mediterranean salad was missing two ingredients. My total order was 75.00 and some change for poor service, cold pizza, and salads that were missing Ingredients along with the pizza that was missing ingredients. Wouldn’t waste me time going to this place. The one in Warner Robins is much better.

They are short on help, but who isn't these days? I had the house stromboli and a beer. Also have had the Gourmet pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. Always delicious food here.

Always have delicious food here. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread is really good as well as the White Gourmet Pizza. Have also had the calzone and stromboli here as well.

Came in for dinner with my hubby tonight. A server got our drink orders, delivered the drinks, then disappeared for about 20 minutes or so. She returned and apologized. She took our food order. We received our starter, immediately followed by my entree. I was over halfway done with my food and finally asked why my hubby still didn't have his food. Tonight was the strangest dining experience ever!!!

The pizza arrived about 15 minutes after the 49 minute delivery estimate, the pizza felt and tasted as if it had been sitting a while. The cheese and ingredients were not fresh. In addition my order for Lunch came with a Sprite that was not with my order. The salad was ok but did not contain the dressings that I ordered. However, the pizza was good after it was microwaved.

This was the worst service I had ever had. The waitress did not write anything down and got the whole order wrong. Calzone had peppers when I did not order them or like. My husband’s sub dry and she did not bring his side until we decided to leave. Will not be going back or suggesting to others. Very disappointed.

Was disappointed in the service I got tonight. I used to love Johnny's. I asked for dough for my kids to play with and the girl forgot, never asked us if we wanted refills, food took forever to come (they were not busy), she gave me the wrong flatbread pizza (I didn't complain), she tried to give me two receipts (one for what we ate and I had a to-go order), she brings the receipt again and she added too many drinks to the ticket, my to-go order was also wrong, but I so was ready to go and I was just done. What really bothered me was the amount of time they spent on their cellphones and hanging out talking with each other instead of checking on tables.
