I don't normally have a bad experience at Jimmy John's, but today was the exception. I ordered for 6 people online. 2 of us ordered turkey. When my order was confirmed, turkey was listed on our sandwiches. When I called to see if the order was ready for pickup, nobody advised me anything was different about my order. When my employee went to pick up the order, he said there was a big sign on the door stating they had no turkey. But he didn't know that 2 of us ordered turkey. So when the order got back to our office, the 2 of us who ordered turkey - got ham instead. Since neither of us eats pork, our sandwiches were tossed and we did without lunch. Waste of time and money.
I would like to try Jimmy John's, but I don't know if I will because of so much negative feedback from other coustomers experience. Maybe one day I will give you a try. It may help if you have a employee workshop to teach your employees about coustomer interaction.

The tall Black guy who was supposed to have my sandwich finished before i arrived considering i ordered online 15 minutes before arriving but he didn't so I waited about 10 minutes after arriving{no one waiting in line} to get my order was he was unfriendly and acted as though he didn't want to serve me i suppose i wasn't the right color. The food was ok thus the 3 stars. Ia noticed that someone on these reviews keep saying share your feedback with the owners. Heck just fix problems its apparently the helpers there.
I placed an order for delivery and the store called and said they are out of bread. I don’t understand how a sandwich shop runs out of bread nor was the caller believable. I had already purchased my order and was told it would be 24, 48, or 72 hours before I get my money returned to my account.
Manager was the rudest person I have ever talked to she would not let me tell her my issue which was it said my order had been delivered but it had not she kept yelling its out for delivery, so I said ok she hung up. Iwaited another 20 minutes called back she answered again said I am not her only customer and it will be there when its there, I said you are being very rude, she yelled at me said once again i couldnt tell her anything, and she hung up on me I called back asked for corporate number she said she was cancelling order and I could talk to William tomorrow, hung up again then she called back said my ordered was cancelled and my money would be returned in 3 to 5 days and hung up. Now you tell me who wants to give business to a company like that!!???
I had such a great experience at this location , thanks to Mike, Jarvis and Chris! The service was fast and friendly . I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. Guys keep up the fun positive attitude !
I order from this JJ's a lot, unfortunately today's experience was not good. Over an hour after placing an online order at 11am, I still didn't have my food. I had called to check on it previously and been told it was on its way. Clearly it wasn't. When I called the last time after an hour, all I got was attitude and excuses. No offer to make it up to the customer, in fact, I was only offered to void the order. Which I did because of the attitude I was given. Thanks JJ's for no lunch.
Delicious and fast service. My first time but found it disappointing not to have banana peppers and not a toasted sandwich.
