Party of 12 trying have a family meal after going thru our Dad’s house for one of the last times following his passing. Server greeted us and asked how many. When we said 12 you could see her facial expression change and said to give her a moment. She went to the back and NEVER returned!!! There may have been 4 guests in the entire restaurant and when we saw one have to literally go to the kitchen to ask for help we decided it was time to go.
Fantastic experience! Our waiter Captain Charles was phenomenal! Best server we’ve ever had at a restaurant! We live in Florida but when we come back to Georgia we will definitely be back to see our favorite server! Also, the food was wonderful. It came out super fast. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and so polite. We are very happy with our experience. ☺️
Best waiter we've ever had! "Captain Charles" was his name. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Seriously, we've been to some NICE restaurants and the waiters weren't as good there as Charles was here.
Wanted to take my Nephews out for breakfast at IHOP as we have havnt been in years. Now although our waitress was nice, we waited almost 2 hours to eat and then one of the orders were still wrong as it was uncooked. Now they came and took the order back to Remake it but by then everything else had gotten cold. We watched as many people got up and left as they were literally waiting forever to eat or even get a menu, I have never seen this before in my life. When I finally just asked for the ticket we still HAD TO WAIT EVEN MORE. FOR THE TICKET!! Our appetite was completely ruined, so got ready to leave and asked them our selves did they want to be paid or now cause we were about to leave.Then have the right to charge us for $58 and that's after they removed the order they messed up.I just can't recommend IHOP, I can't would have been better off cooking breakfast at home or going to the Huddle House .
Great service, excellent food. My son got the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and was very happy with them. Was a fantastic brunch. The shift manager checked on us and apologized for taking so long as she only had 1 cook and a trainee in the kitchen. Didn't change our opinion of a great brunch. Thank you!

My waitress was really sweet, but the kitchen was HORRIBLE. Waited 30 mins for my food. I pretty much order the same item everytime I visit IHOP. I've never gotten a Spinach and Mushroom omelette that looks like this. Gave me salsa instead of hollandaise sauce, used a cheese slice instead of shredded jack and cheddar. Pancakes were hot, omelette was warm, bacon and sausage was COLD. If I wasn't starving I would've asked for a refund and eaten somewhere else.
My experience in this location was fair.The server was nice , but unfortunately the food was not the best quality or had the best presentation .I ordered sirloin tips for dinner, the steak pieces were very tough and hard to chew, I asked for extra mushrooms and onions and what I got was a ton of onions only.the sides were cold and very bland so I was very disappointed.
One of my favorite spots to take my kids. The food is always fresh and the service this last visit was awesome ?. Check this location out if you're in town.
