Loved The Awesome Service The Bartending Was And On Point Everyone Should Come Here
My husband and I went to the rooftop bar with another couple and definately experienced the worst customer service ever. My husband waited to get drinks at the bar for about 20 minutes in which a young lady said she would be with him and went to the other side of the bar and started helping other people that had just walked up. The manager was no help since all he said was he could get the drinks from the downstairs bar. WHAT A WASTE.
My friends and I waited around 15 mins to get a drink and the bartender did not look our way or tell us that he will get to us in awhile. The bartender took other people’s drink order that were behind us instead of my friends. Not good service at the bar. The venue was nice but the bartender was not good at all. Definitely need to change the bartender to increase business and hospitality. Apparently this has happened to alot of other people that went to the bar. I think it was the same bartender.
Had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 45 while I was in Macon for a comedy show. I went to the rooftop bar, Hightails, and had a lovely time. Sufficient seating, attentive staff and great cocktails! I personally had the Silvery Moon and Got the Feelin’ - loved it! Included some photos.I’ll definitely be back! Great job to the staff and management.

Brand new bar, so they are still working out some kinks. Best view in town though! Highly recommend the sunset hour. Definitely try to go during an off-peak time so it's not too crowded. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but then again we went more for the view. The bartenders could work on giving better recommendations for those who are new to town.
Great atmosphere, great cocktails still new but management was very nice!
Came here tonight for a few drink with my wife after the dinner the bar was overcrowded. We stood at the bar for about 10 minutes. My wife walked away to use the restroomm. She was gone about 5-6 mins later and I will still waiting, a young white couple walked up as my wife was walking up and stood there right next to us for a few seconds and the bartender (skinny white guy) immediately asked them how could he have them! While I was already there waiting almost 20 minutes at this point. The other couple notice we were there first and told the bartender to go ahead and take our order. My wife became upset and walked out of the bar. I think management really needs to rethink about who they have behind their bars. It’s NOT a good look for a NEW establishment.
Rooftop bar was not so much of what I thought it would be. it was overcrowded and I only had two bartenders that were not friendly and rushed to make our drinks which were more sweet and barely has any liquor in there !
