Super unprofessional and unpleasant manager (didn't get her name). They were out of romaine lettuce for my salad, issued a refund. Then my soup was forgotten. Was never even offered an apology. Witnessed a male employee talking very inappropriately with a female employee. Like, get it together. This location used to be so much better.
Never Again‼️ Waited 42 minutes and my sub wasn't what I ordered. Container and bag were nasty and subs were not good. Everyone was complaining and several asked for refunds. Staff was not nice about long wait time and ignored complaints. Nor did they try to speed up...they were just slow and unconcerned.Floors were nasty and covered in trash. Table/booths were dirty. Bugs and flies were crawling on table tops.
Long wait time. 4 employees going back and forth and nothing happening. At the end sub was half cold. No napkins in "To Go" bag. Sandwich was disgusting too. Never again.
Wasn't very happy with the service. It seemed as if they were more worried about closing than helping customers in a timely fashion. One of the workers also had very long hair she kept flipping from on side to the other with her hands. She wasn't making my food but she was standing close and it seems like she should have had it pulled up and not hanging down.
Quick, friendly service and good food. Would definitely eat here again.

Came here to dine in. The cashier was amazing. Great manners. While I was eating we had a conversation with the workers. This was the best feeling of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank for making my day.
My order was taken care of in a reasonably short length of time. My New York Steamer was sloppy.
2 employees hiding in the bathroom the other guy wouldn’t work the registers wait 10 minutes cause I like firehouse and I think the guy that took me order is sick
