Service was a little slow bur it was good.
Customer Service and Customer Care was excellent! The food was very good and restaurant nice and clean. The manager Red shirt..dark hair) was very friendly an attentive to the dining area customers. Thank you!

I've always ordered on DoorDash but went inside for a pick up order because I had a coupon apparently the menu is double the size in store. I was greeted by the best worker Brian he was absolutely amazing the store was absolutely clean and he was super helpful and food was amazing! I love the chicken carbonara and sliders and boneless wings and meatballs and bread sticks. Amazing service!!!!
Wife like the Spaghetti, but the Alfredo and a Simple Pepperoni Pizza were not. Pizza under cooked, How? Alfredo bland. We gave away the Pizza as it was not good at all.
The staff of this Fazoli's was very hardworking. The manager checked on us personally several times. Our food came out quickly even though we came during a rush. The loaded fettuccine was great, as was the Italian sampler. The fried mozzarella could have been hotter and I am definitely not a fan of the boneless wings...Of particular note was Ronya (?), who brought us bread sticks, checked to make sure we were good, and kept our table cleared of empty dishes. And she did it all with a smile. We would definitely come back.
The staff is always super friendly even when it's packed. Bryan and Ruben go out of there way to make sure your order is right and keep coming to the table to refill bread and check to make sure you have all you need. The food is delicious too.

Good afternoon today has been a good day for me. I went to fazolis on Zebulon rd went thru drive thru an order my food. I seen a sign about the employee. I believe the lady name Asia Davis should win the contest. She always get my order correct. We need more employees like her. Go Asia Go Asia !!!
This place is rocking! Bryan G & the whole crew gave above and beyond service, they were cranking out awesome tasting plates and with a quickness. All while busy to boot. Definitely going back for more.
