Service is always so slow. Orders are incorrect half the time. Employees are always rude. And you’ll never get your drink to taste the same twice. I would say 9/10 Dunkin’s are this same way though. I think it must be a requirement to be rude and have a bad attitude to work here.
Went here on Saturday July 23rd at 12:00 and they only had {3} different donuts to choose from.....left an went to Krispy Kreams
If you would like the absolute most mediocre service and unfriendliest encounter with another human being by all means stop and get your coffee here- I switched to Dunkin a few years back because I was tired of Starbucks shenanigans but honestly almost every Dunkin’ I’ve utilized really just doesn’t seem to care about their customers on any level which is ironic since customers keep the lights on and food on their tables??♀️
My order was as expected. I was pleased. The customer service was acceptable.
Ask for another carmel macchiato hot and got it ice cold instead! I saw 3 servers 1 getting ice the other on the phone. It took this employee atleast 10 minutes to get my coffee she started waiting on the customer behind me.
They know how to punch in a plain croissant add bacon! Hallelujah! 10/10, thank you ladies!
I went in this morning to get my online order and was greeted with a friendly, smiling face. I believe he was the owner. He spoke to everyone that came in and was just so friendly! It was so nice to see how he was busting his tail to help everyone while giving everyone a smile. You’re doing good things! I didn’t get his name but keep up the great work!
Whoever worked on Sunday at lunch time on front counter had very long fake nails and grabbed my donuts without gloves ?.I was able to see all those chocolate glazed got all over her long fake nails, very nasty.
Not a good experience. I really needed a cup of coffee after fasting for blood work, but didn’t get extra cream and sugar I ordered. Taste like gas station coffee at best.
Lately I've started ordering through their app and it is ALWAYS wrong. I can understand messing up an order maybe because you misheard something the customer said, but these have been mobile orders. I order really sweet coffee with flavor shotss but what I received this morning was basically black coffee with a little milk. If you order here do not use the app.
