I purchased my first home and moved to North Macon almost a month ago and I absolutely love this location! My order is always correct and they are so polite. Back where I’m from, Columbus, the service can be really spotty, so it’s refreshing to have consistent great service at this Dunkin. I go by almost every morning after getting my son on the bus, and even if there is a line, they move very quickly so I’m able to get back home and clock in on time. Thank you so much!
Bea and Tye (I'm so sorry if I misspelled your names!) absolutely made my day when I went in to grab a couple of drinks and some donuts. They honestly went above and beyond just your typical customer service and you can tell they absolutely care about their customers along with the experience they have in store. I'd honestly give this place more stars just for this one moment alone because this one little interaction with two amazing people stuck with me the whole day and made me want to do better too!
Even though they were short staffed, they were friendly. I was happy with my coffee that tasted too good to be sugar-free! This is obviously a popular location with loyal customers based on the crowd. I signed up for the app and it made ordering nice and easy. I would definitely return and I've already reloaded my gift card on the app for my next purchase. Take caution when you're pulling out of the parking lot onto a busy street (Forsyth Rd).
The store is always open (unlike the lobby of the Starbucks down the street), is very clean and organized. CeCe was especially courteous and was calm and kind during a busy morning rush. I really appreciate your store and I appreciate the the vegetarian options.
This Duncan has gone so downhill ever since they brought in all the really young kids to work. I miss the older ladies that actually knew how to make coffee. every time I go in my coffee taste like water. They can’t even make a standard French vanilla iced coffee I ordered one of these this morning and it taste like sour Berry water I’m just gonna start going to Starbucks down the street.
I have noticed the difference of going at different times of the day to this store and it is not good. Morning is okay but night is even worst. I don’t care for the attitude but I care about the product I am getting. I ordered at the drive thru and didn't get what I specifically wanted. No effort or pride to satisfy the customer.
The people they work here, at least in the morning are not friendly at all. The food is just meh. You can get better everywhere else. I go here when I don't have a choice.

Poor customer service. Manager sitting in corner playing on phone. Very nice employee needing assistance on how to charge for order. Manager would not even get up to walk over to register. Walked out empty handed.
Next time do y’all’s best. Food made me sicker than hell. I’ve had the worst stomach ache after eating the super starter sandwich I think it’s called. I only ate twice yesterday so it has to be y’all’s food that got me. Never ordering that again thanks so much. Too long didn’t read…Don’t order that damn super starter sandwich, just go to McDonald’s or Waffle House
