I ordered that garlic crust pizza and it was fantastic. I little crunch and a whole lot of flavor.
Never received pizza. Tried to call the store and stayed on hold for 30 minutes and they never answered the phone. Horrible customer service I’ve ever seen.
Most definitely use the app for the coupons. I was in the store last night and I was about to order the 11.99 Pizza. A young lady walked in and told me to download the app for better deals. She was actually a customer who was very knowledgeable of the products that they offer. I downloaded the app and even chose a little more than pizza. I was also able to pay with a different option which included my PayPal account.I was able to choose three toppings for the large pizza. I also ordered the garlic bites and four Cokes. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.
We order all the time, but it only takes one time to mess up. Two trips because the pizzas were made wrong. Normally not wrong guess it was just a bad day. They made the order right the second time but we still had to make two trips. Gas prices aren't what they used to be.
Tried to order online for delivery wouldn't work. Kept stating error. Prompt said call store. Called and never reached store. I changed my order to pick-up and order went through on line. So I drove to the store and arrived at the time that tracker said it would be ready and went inside to a blaring radio. No wonder they didn't answer. When order was finally ready and 40.00 plus dollars later my order was 98% incorrect. I questioned toppings only to be told that's how it comes. If that's the case then why are you allowed to customize your order. I discovered when I got back home that not only was it prepared wrong, it was cut wrong. I specifically ordered pie slices not squares. This is not the first time I have had problems but it was definitely my worse experience
The Hartley Bridge, Macon, GA. never answers their phone. The only way to get delivery is an online order only. If they cancel your order for any reason they won't call you and won't answer the phone even though that is what the website directed me to do. Customer service is a bot that can only answer simple questions. No option for human help.
Worse service ever. I put my online order in at 10am and had it scheduled for 12:15pm it’s now 12:32 and nobody has shown up. Good luck calling the store put on hold for 19mins and still nobody picked up. Gutter trash. I will never buy here again and I’ll encourage my friends and family to do the same
I'm a previous Domino's employee from the days when Tom Monahan still owned the Corp. I know what a pizza is supposed to look and tastes like. I was... Let's say very pleasantly surprised when we got the order. It's like it was cooked in a test kitchen. I hope I don't jinx myself, as we'll definitely be ordering again, and again. Thanks guys.
I have never had a problem with Domino's on Hartley bridge. I will always order here.
