Everytime I ordered food from here I would never receive it waited 2 hours for no reason and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone while I was waiting terrible business
I would put a 0 if i could. The cashier told me that they closed at 10, and only did delivery after that. I attempted to order 3 times online however it wouldn't go through, and waited on hold for over 15 minutes to try and place an order for delivery before I ended the call.
I ordered Parmesan Bites and got Parmesan Crispers. The bread bites were cooked into bread chips. Worst pizza experience ever.
The lady in there named Randy is nasty.. She had her hands in the toppings I walked in to get my pizza. Se came to the register with her filthy hands took my money and carried on making oders.orders.. So after she took my money e never washed her hands and I asked her aren't u suppose to wash your hands and her response was Periodically..lol wow I told her she was nasty and she walks away and washes her hand. Like seriously people..
SMDH, hours of operation are wrong last night (Thursday) at 10:25 PM this domino's had the doors locked, lights off and empty! Didn't get my pizza I paid for ??????
Best customer service experience I’ve had in a Domino’s, ever. Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and the pizzas were delicious.
Ordered pizzas and wings, my food was NEVER delivered. Kept calling the store, no one picked up. Next day same thing, email cooperate, they said they will get back to me. Ok, my bank is taking care this…Not the first time I have had issues with this location. Never buy pizza here.
I've gove here for over a year and it's been perfect but recently I guess they got new management they gave me RAW PIZZA it was straight up dough we went back 3 times in that same night to go the problem fix but they continued giving us raw pizza WILL NOT BE RETURNING to domino's
So,Wednesday (March9th)I called Domino's. I was on hold almost 7mins. I hung up and called back I was on hold 14mins, til the phone hung up on its own. Me and a co-worker walked over to Domino's. Female worker was sitting outside . Two guys were sitting inside (a worker and I'm guessing a friend of his). I showed the employee my phone where I called twice and was on hold a total of 20mins . He said he only has 1 driver and only answered the phone twice. I told him I didn't want my order felt. Then he said I could order and it would take about 15 minutes. I said no thanks. My break is almost over. He said he would have it delivered. I said ok,then he said GO ONLINE AND ORDER. What!!! I'm standing in the store and you want me to go online? No thanks. I've eaten Domino's before, but this would have been my first time actually buying I will not be spending my money at Domino's. Poor service from a poor employee, which I found out HE IS THE MANAGER.
