Worst Dairy Queen I've been to. The Hot Fudge Sunday came out with cold fudge all on one side. When I took the top off all the fudge came off the ice cream in the top. I asked the guy if he had some warm fudge. He looked at me and walked to the back....and did not come back.
horrible service!! Ordered a sundae no whip cream nuts or cherry....the girl said no they don't do that ....okay will NEVER GO BACK. She had such a horrible attitude...when my husband was super nice to her. It took 10 min to get 2 ice creams
The two ladies working there were very rude, told the chick taking my order I wanted a simple berry blast dipped cone and she gave me chocolate, when I told her it was wrong she rolled her eyes and ignored me. The other chick who made my daughters blizzard was rude as well rolling her eyes because I wasn’t quick to grab the blizzard when she handed it to me! The lady working the cash register at the circle k said that they are very difficult to deal with. Needless to say she was not wrong.
Jakey is actively turning people away from ordering bc they are too busy and she said they are too short staffed. She shut the gate and now we can't get to the bathroom as paying customers.
Waiting almost 10 minutes in the driveway and they forgot the gravy in my chicken strip basket.
I asked them twice to make sure my order was right. It wasn't right nor would they answer their phone. Food was old and dry
No blizzards, no onion rings, the drink machine decides which drinks to give out and the ice dispenser is broken. only 2 people working at 5:30 in the evening. Had someone come after me that got their order before I did even had a bigger order. Make that 2 orders put out before my simple order of 2 burgers and a fry. This is ridiculous, they don't even have their food safety score posted where the public can see it. Now after 20 minutes I am leaving.
Horrible customer service , Drive through workers are bums, simple as that. Grunting and sighing as if taking an order is really that hard!!
Garbage heap location with mentally handicapped employees. They had one job: make ice cream cake by certain date. They failed to make the deadline, they failed to preserve the cake (it allegedly melted twice requiring them to remake lt twice), told me it was finally ready (2 days late), made me wait half an hour and it was the wrong size! they even tried to charge us for this catastrophe. I just left. Have no cake for my own birthday. Avoid at all costs.
Food was not very good. I had chicken fingers and fries and the chicken fingers were obviously frozen ones just thrown in the fryer but they had so much batter on them they are rock hard when they came out. And the chicken was definitely not fresh or moist or flavorful. Fries were also frozen and were not good either but at least I could eat them the chicken was so bad I gave up. The only thing half good was the ice cream and milkshakes and they are nothing to brag about.
