All of the employees were very nice and my food came out quickly.

Ordered 2 combo meals. 20 minutes later, still no food. This was after they already told us once they would need to remake it. We had to leave for an appt. and finally told them we wanted a refund. No apology; just "it's the kitchen's fault".
Over priced ! They jerk customers around and are very rude! They advertised deals and tell you it’s only until 3! They have combos that are too expensive! Service is terrible bathrooms are filthy!
Terrible customer service. We asked for a blizzard and were told they no longer do the banana split blizzard, if they do it they charge per topping. They still serve a banana split without charging extra and just the day before right up the road we got a banana split blizzard with no issue and no extra charges
The gentleman at the drive thru has excellent customer service! 10/10 I didn't get his name but you will know exactly who I was talking about and if not I'm sure the other employees will tell you who he is. Feel free to comment his name under this post to give him the proper recognition he deserves!
Have always been highly disappointed with this Dairy Queen location. Service deserves less than one star, haven’t had a problem with the food being bad, but the drinks don’t even taste like they’re supposed to. it’s like they’ve been watered down before you even get them. Decided to go back and had a big surprise with the person operating the drive thru, Trell Harris, actually gave us grade A customer service. Was extremely nice, and had the best attitude. although the sodas still tasted like water, Trell Harris did an amazing job.
Went here tonight at 9:44 and when I got to the speaker I was informed “we are closed” I asked what the hours are and she said “11 to 9:45” even though everything says 10pm. I asked for the employees name and she said we are closed.
Worst fast food experience ever. 1 star is to many. They were 10 cars deep and had 4 cars sitting in handicapped parking waiting for food. By the time I got my food and Blizzard, the ice cream was melting down the cup. I asked for something bigger to put the Blizzard in because it was filled over the top of the cup and melting, they handed me a lid for a sundae which has a hole at the top and did not fit the cup the Blizzard was in. Since I was alone it would of been impossible to drive with and not make a complete mess. I had to scoop out the blizzard to below the rim outside my car window while waiting in the handicapped spot for 10 plus minutes waiting on the food. They could use some staff and management changes.
By far the WORST Blizzard I've ever had in my life! I ordered a chocolate Xtreme and I got horrible vanilla ice cream with a couple of pieces of chocolate.So disappointing. Nothing chocolate about it!
